I think that most drugs and prostitution should be legalized. Legalizing them both would bring in rules, regulations, quality and safety as well as taking money out of criminal’s hands and into the government funds.

Yes. Legalise them, but make people responsible for the consequences of their actions.
As for taking money from criminal's hands and into government funds; I often struggle to see the difference between criminals and government.
Governments are professional criminals. They do it better.
Like the mafia they use their gains to appease the local population and keep them quiet. Ensuring support for a few more years as they take all the profits.
