Great overview. Will the HBD Stabilizer lower volume again in the future or it stays at 24k?

i think it will depend on the stability of HBD. and amount of other people doing what stabilizer is doing

Well 24k is not a lot, but I really can tell since I'm not operating it, and the approval comes as a DHF proposal
