It wont incentivize people to hold $HIVE.

The fact is we dont have enough HBD as it is and they want to restrict the production of it.

The way I see it. This will benefit the larger accounts compared to average joe looking to earn a 20% on his penny and get paid monthly. Hp takes much time. Also businesses utilizing HBD as a leverage would be affected smh.

With moar lowering the supply of $HBD the demand may just increase with many accounts holding a fair amount of the supply already.

Even if the demand increase. It won’t leave the $1 peg. If businesses are to thrive on hive I think having a stable HBD at enticing apr would be a better bet. But then this decision are not made by me nor even the community the way I see it

It will leave the $1 peg, it's not a hard peg. Gone as low as $0.56, and as high as $2.50. More stable recently. Still went down to $0.95 two weeks ago. Time will tell.

Hmm, I guess we'll have to wait and see. Maybe I will buy some $PEPE if it gets to $10 lol.

That is a terrible idea. If people earn less they will not hold HP, they will powerdown it

I don't have a strong opinion on what the % should be, but I am enjoying the 20% while it lasts

I also don’t. I was just curious about the decision making system. There a hould there be a poll, proposal or some sort of thing that the community gets to use to make decisions like this. but what do I know- just my two cents
