No, because it is encrypted, and It can only be decrypted from INLEO by the people with an active subscription to the user.
It is in the blockchain but is not readable if you are not subscribed

No, these posts will be encrypted... I mean, they will be on the blockchain but will look like random garbage text unless you decrypt them.
INLEO will have the "memo key" that could decrypt them and will only show them to your subscribers.
