Explaining the Guild Store in Splinterlands

Upgrading my Gladiator cards is one of my priorities in Splinterlands so I can have more ease in Guild Brawl battles and also have more options in ranked battles and Tournaments.

To get Gladiator cards, the player only has one option: Buy a Gladius Case from the Guild Shop.

This is the Guild Shop, and it has four options: Gladius Case, Spy Glass, Blood Stone, and Power Stone.

My Guild Shop is only at level 5, so I can only buy Gladius Cases and Spy Glass. At level 6, Blood Stones are unlocked, and at level 8, Power Stones are unlocked.

In my opinion, only Gladius Cases, Blood Stones, and Power Stones are the best options because Spy Glass isn't very useful, but it's an option to try and make Guild Brawls easier.

  • The Gladius Case costs 2000 merits.

  • Spy Glass costs 2 Crowns.

  • The Blood Stone costs 60 merits.

  • A Power Stone costs 80 merits.

My focus is solely on the Gladius Case, even if I had the chance to buy the Blood Stone and Power Stone.

  • Each Gladius Case gives the player 5 Gladiator cards, with at least 1 of rare rarity or higher.

You can earn merits at Glint's Shop, in Guild Brawls, and by opening Loot Chests.

In the OPEN option you'll find all the packs you own in Splinterlands, and this is where you open the packs.

Unlike other packs, you can't use Alchemy potions and Legendary potions in Gladius Cases; these potions are replaced by Blood Stones and Power Stones.

  • The Blood Stone increases the chances of getting Legendary cards.

  • The Power Stone increases the chances of getting Gold Foil cards.

I'm not a fan of Spy Glass, but I'll explain how it works.

  • Allows your guild to see Fray assignments for any other guild before Brawl combat begins. Simply navigate to a guild's Brawl page during the Prep Stage to spy on your enemies!

I'm waiting for the result of the Guild Brawl to earn merits and buy more Gladius Cases. I don't want to spend my Glint on merits because my focus with them is on Rarity Draws, but I'm also going to open some Loot Chests.

Now I'll talk about the Arcade Colony platform. On it, you'll find the games: Splinterlands, Moon Karts, StakeHouse Den, and Genesis League Goals.

For those unfamiliar with Arcade Colony, it's owned by Invennium Corp. Arcade Colony is a platform for arcades and video games with a functional economy based on a governance token, "COLONY", and a product-backed stablecoin called "SCRIPT".

Invennium Corp. is a 100% subsidiary of Splinterlands.
