There are two situations
Situation 1:
You are doing a job that you don't like and you are just doing that work just because you are going to get money at the end of the month or in any business. You are doing that unhappy job for whole month and when you get paid at the end of the month then you will buy your happiness from that money. In normal situations, every person think that if I do this job and I'll get paid, means he thought he is successful. On the other side, in business, every business man has goals that he have to achieve, there is only two situation one successful and other is unsuccessful. When you put a unsuccessful label on yourself, then you will depressed and suffer fear, and many other things which make you unhappy. So, what happens, at the end when you teach at any result, you will get money or any other achievement. In this first situation, you made a barrier that this particular should be got by me otherwise, I'll be unhappy.
Now, this one is first situation, in which 99% of people do all these normal things. Those people who are relaying on the end result that if this particular result came then I'll be happy. The people get depressed if they didn't get their results in business, job or at any place. Now, let's talk about other, second one situations which is ideal situation that I want you guys to follow it and I'll currently following it
Situation 2:
In this situation, you just do that work that you actually like, work that is your passionate. The work or job in which you get enjoyed your self from starting. Like you enjoy playing PUBG and if someone ask you that he will pay you then it will be fruitful and beneficial situation for you and same apply on work. When you did your passionate work, you start enjoying the whole process of that work and you don't even think about the results, means you will not runs after the money that in first situation every person wants a particular desire, in this situation there is no worries about the result. In current situation, people want the money in order to buy happiness and in this situation you don't worried about the money because that happiness is already enjoyed by you in your work.
This situation is followed by very less person and those who are following this situation, is doing a revolutionary and creative work. You have already heard about Elon Musk, Steve Jobs, Bill gates and many other rich persons that they are following their passion and get successful in thier lives. There is also a book called Atomic Habit, in which it is emphasized that you love the process of your work and this will happen when you choose your passion and how you can find that work, it's only depend upon you without any external influence. You influence by many influencers that someone earned that particular amount etc and you start following them in order to get money means again you following the first situation in which your barrier is just money, this will not make you successful. This is creater economy, you can earn while doing the stuff that you are passionate about.
