Considering my country situation I need to take decision in such kind of matters.

It's not a free market ;-)

Not a tradable market either

And I know this is controversial, but maybe it should be somehow or not be done at all. From an ethical standpoint it can never be without conflict of interest.

It's voluntary...after u die ur organ could give a new lease of life to someone.

The donation is voluntary, but the decision about who it goes to is not. That is controlled by an organization that does what it deems "fair". A government created organization. I or my descendnants should be allowed to decide where it goes, even if not "fair".

Fine, you can also do that I think there is no such strict rule or bar u from doing that as long as it is not a trade.

You can only do that if you are alive such as a kidney or partial liver. Directed donation after death is not really very practical unless a lot of pre death arrangements and tests have been done beforehand with the recipient. A majority of postmortem donations are directed by the organ procurement agency.

probably it is all rotten. But if there's anything good. Take them all

ha ha ha...

Eyes are not rotten.....

ohhh they are. I can't see very well LOL
