It truly is exciting to be alive in this time, and I'm so glad I see it that way, because I meet so many that don't - like at all. Heard around the office regarding AI:

• "so what, we're supposed to stop thinking now or what?"
• "look, it can't even count the number of letters in a word. Is it stupid or something?"

But the main prize goes to the Head of the IT Institute in a lecture about the future of technology just a couple of years back: "Blockchain technology was a fad and has no relevance in the world, and besides it destroys the environment.

Can't make this stuff up lol
