Thank you for this perspective.

I was starting to feel sad because I am getting close to 5000 LEO and now it is such a sad USD amount, hardly worth bragging about.

Well, now is a good time to have twice as much leo, because, well, its so cheap!

You will feel better in 6 months to a year, which I think will pass by quickly, because thats what time does...
