Thanks for these tips for beginners. It can really be frustrating making a huge effort and not getting rewarded, while you see others do. I still need some support to understand how hive works (I am a returned drop out) and I hope to keep reading nice explanations.

If it's getting more and more frustrating as the day goes on, I think, you need to start joining contests, and becoming a part of various communities that you like. It will be a great step.
