Self-care often takes a backseat, and lately, sleep has been the area I've been neglecting most.
Last Wednesday, with only 4.5 hours of quality sleep, was rock bottom. (According to my sleep app)
This Saturday, I'm prioritizing catching up on rest.
No alarms - I'm letting my body dictate when it's time to wake up.
Luckily, my schedule is clear this morning, so sleeping in is the perfect form of self-care for me today.
I really neglect my sleep quality.
