Jacinta Allan defies Standing Council of Attorneys‐General (SCAG) To create the Youth Crime Crisis

Today's political opinion piece is based on events that have unfolded that I believe and many others. Have led to the current collapse of Youth in Victoria.

It is no secret that in Victoria, we are currently experiencing a significant boom in the youth crime rate which has surged by 30% since 2023 and let me tell you, a lot of us have known all along and many of the rank and file have been developing policies and strategies to bring down this crime rate, the right way.

Many claim that Daniel Andrews was a dictator, I can say with hand on heart. Dan did not run he's ship as a dictatorship. The current regime does and this article will go to the heart of the current state of it and how we are all suffering the longer it retains power. It is time for the Socialist Left to let go and hand it over to the right. Our lives are quite literally at stake.

Today we are going to go into what happened in 2023, how many within the Labor movement fought for our kids and how Jacinta Allan's decision making, factional games and ignorance got us here. It is no hidden secret Jacinta Allan publicly stated she would abandon good policy for her own, which has failed the state.

Internal Discussions and Policy Development

Back in 2020 despite being in lockdown we started to notice an increase in knife crime and youth killings, myself alongside my Labor committee and a number of other committees commenced discussions on ways to move forward and come up with real solutions that would work.

In politics, you have a dynamic group of people. Those who do the work and then a small amount of narcissists who think they know everything and fail miserably time and time again. Fortunately in my time within policy development, we had Dan Andrews. A lot think he was a Dictator but he wasn't. He heavily relied on people putting their money where their mouth was and delivering.

This is the difference between activism and advocacy, both similar except activism involves non solution based approaches where groups campaign for change but do not provide the options and request others do the work. Advocacy involves the group going out, engaging with the community, undertaking research, investigations and producing a report with solutions and not just one. Multiple as not all solutions will fit all situations.

As you can see from the attached letter, significant work was being done as Jaclyn Symes had been engaging with the Standing Council of Attorneys‐General's. But movement was slow and people were worried about what the costs were going to be.

To put things into perspective in Victoria we spend more money on incarceration and justice per person than we do in health. We have long advocating that investing in preventative programs would reduce the costs later spent in justice. Now with another failed policy approach by Jacinta giving kids life sentences not only are we moving towards a Nazi movement in Victoria. But also an increase in costs** (The Nazi reference is important here for the next part of this story)**

When it comes to raising the age of criminal responsibility, it is the first step in addressing the youth crime crisis as in Victoria we are currently in a race to the bottom. On who can lock up the most kids faster. The lack of proper foresight, planning and proper policy leads to increased justice problems.

Raising the age removes the easy route and forces the government to develop programs, initiatives and ways to engage and deter children from ever getting into crime to begin with. While it doesn't solve the criminals today. It prevents more kids turning to crime which enables the government breathing space to develop the right initiatives.

It is important to note, that a lot of the kids in touch with the criminal justice system have gone through child protection, so this isn't their first dance with the government and by the time they reach justice. They have been let down many of the kids have experienced abuse and even some form of sexual abuse by the government which further impacts their judgement and disenfranchisement with the broader community.

Raising the age forces a solutions based approach, not a race to the bottom.

Jacinta Allan throws holocaust survivor under the bus

It is no secret that I was the president of the policy committee that led the charge but I have to admit I was not the lead voice nor the strongest passion in the room. Let me introduce you to my at the time Secretary, Harvey Stern. The man is a living legend. He is a Jewish Australian well into he's 80s and not a victim of past wars but a survivor and staunch advocate against tyrannical governments.

I stood aside as president and gave the floor to Harvey Stern to move an emergency motion to get the government to commit to raising the age of criminal responsibility. It passed with over 90% of rank and file voting in favour. The Labor and Union movement declared then and there, our children are our future and we will fight for them to ensure they do not make the wrong decisions and land in prison.

Jacinta Allan: The Premier With No Soul

Dan Andrews and Anthony Albanese were both present at this state conference and they did not interject with the democratic functions of the Labor Party, but as soon as Jacinta Allan took over she began undermining policy established by communities across the state and replacing them with her own failed views and beliefs.

This has led to not only the current Youth Crisis but complete break downs across multiple areas within Victoria. From farmers, to rising antisemitism, constant protesting and a collapse of the Victorian society. But that isn't her only failure.

False Reports To Police and The Courts

Through using low level factional thugs and Nick Staikos, Local Government Ministers relative, Steve Staikos. A series of false reports were made to police and the courts about me that were then relied upon by Jacinta's current dictatorship to have me expelled right before the last state conference.

This was done as I believe the Premier needed me gone and my reputation destroyed as she had already tried to undo our work but was met with heavy resistance by the union movement. The kangaroo court who still have not provided me with a physical copy of the investigation other than links that didn't work and used lawyers to federal Labor to mislead the federal secretary in stating procedural fairness was followed when it wasn't. Had me kicked out right before state conference.

With me gone, they put their proxy in as president who added to lower the age of criminal responsibility and unknown to all the delegates they voted in favour of lowering it because no one was told I was expelled.

The entire rank and file was misled by the Premier and Jacinta's puppet is now posting that we shouldn't be lowering the age. Despite playing a role in knifing me and being the one that moved it.

Right now, 90% of the Labor Party don't even know how it is happening, they don't even know they were hoodwinked into voting to support it.

Right now I and my family are in a battle of survival as the many Labor witness statements we are collecting and text messages show Jacinta's hand in what happened. It will soon be up to the courts to determine.

Justice always prevails in the end and the Truth will come out, decide on the legacy you want the world to remember you by. My children have been hurt, your crew used tainted cops and Labor members and rank and file know. It is only a matter of time until the law catches up.
