Federal Cash, State Glory” Problem: Jacinta Allan Flogs Federal Labor Funding Commitments
Thank you to everyone tuning into my InLeo official U.S Reporting platform, as many of you are aware I have been a political and cryptocurrency reporter however, due to recent evidence emerging that Victorian Ministers politically interfered with my partners local government elected position and tried having Parliamentary Security Services label me a threat. Which they did not. The Victorian Labor State Secretary Steve Staikos relative of local government Minister, Nick Staikos formally contacted Labor members in other states informing them they would be getting the fixated persons unit on me to have me admitted, this failed to.
These human rights violations have escalated to me having evidence that Victoria Police were politically interfered with by a minister to have me arrested. This has resulted in the defaming news and ongoing police harassment. Including damaging emails showing a minister pressuring the Victorian Government to make arbitration applications against my partner "a priority".
The press is under attack and I will now be bringing to light the internal failures that the Vic Labor Branch don't want you to know. It is no secret that Jacinta Allan, Jaclyn Symes and I butted heads over the raising the age of criminal responsibility. But in my opinion, their ongoing action towards me and my family is not only corruption but criminal itself.
But let's park that for now as we will have plenty to write about in the future. Today, instead I am going to "leak/publish/inform/educate" whatever you want to call it. The failed future plans of the current Premier.

Factional Battles or Jacinta just robbing the feds?
Let's go back to state conference where Sam Rae MP first moved a motion to fund the western highway upgrade and idiotic Socialist Left in which Jacinta Allan is a member of (full disclosure I was also until I saw them purposely undermining the western suburbs). Got up and led by their delegate and electoral staffer Nathan Miles, fight off the upgrade.
This was one of the stupid things in the history of politics. An EO from Melton who gets complaints about the Western Highway get on stage and fight against the sitting federal member to vote it down. As it's stated, you don't need to have a brain to be in politics, just aligned to Umburto Mammarrella and Justin Mammarella who were charged by IBAC for stealing public funds. They are also members of the Socialist Left, convicted, brought the party into disrepute and still allowed to maintain their membership and they also contribute to decision making on who will become an MP.
Labor rewarding corruption? You decide. We will keep the other factional puppet masters hidden for now.....

Despite the ideocracy of local Socialist Left faction fighting off a much needed project for our community and selling us short, Sam Rae MP fought back and got the funding and it was announced this year. But many have been asking what is happening, when is the project starting?
Let's be honest, in Melbourne’s outer west, that announcement landed like a thunderclap. Congestion is brutal. Growth is relentless. And the freeway is the artery that keeps the region moving.
But here’s the catch a federal commitment is not the same as a state funded construction schedule.
In public facing project material, key parts of the Western Freeway upgrade have been described in planning terms with business cases, options, consultation. Rather than as a fully locked in construction program with firm dates. That leaves residents with the worst of both worlds. a big number repeatedly mentioned and day to day gridlock that doesn’t change.
This is where the political allegation bites: if the project remains “in planning” deep into 2026, it becomes perfectly timed for a state campaign pitch.
“We’re delivering the Western Freeway upgrade here’s the plan, here’s the timeline.”
Except the funding headline many voters remember would have been a federal promise made years earlier.
So once again, Jacinta Allan is all out of steam and just flogging the commitment we already voted for, to have this announced to us again as a fake state election commitment is nothing but a political porkie.

The Federal Road Blitz Being Re-packaged by Jacinta Allan
Nothing says “repackaging potential” like a bucket of money without a clearly itemised list of projects. That’s why the federal $1 billion “Road Blitz” package is so politically combustible. “Road Blitz” sounds like action. It sounds like bulldozers tomorrow. It sounds like a before-and-after photo opportunity. But when a package is broad “increase capacity and improve efficiency” across Melbourne’s suburbs and surrounds—it also creates a huge opportunity for political choreography.
Let's have a look at the roads that have been announced by the state but look like federal roads.
- 5-ways Intersection Safety Improvements
- PlanningBerwick-Cranbourne Road/Clyde
- Five Ways Road/Pattersons Road Intersection Upgrade
- Calder Freeway and Calder Park Drive Interchange Upgrade
- Central Avenue Upgrade
- Donnybrook Road and Mitchell Street Intersection Upgrade
- Drouin and Warragul Arterial Road Network

- High Street Road and Mowbray Drive Intersection Upgrade - Planning
- Maroondah Highway and Yarra Road Intersection Upgrade – Planning
- McLeod Road and Station Street Intersection Upgrade
- Mickleham Road Upgrade - Stage 2
- Nepean Highway and Overton Road Intersection Upgrade
- Old Sydney Road Upgrade
- Point Cook Road Upgrade (Jamieson Way to Dunnings Road) – Planning
- Princes Highway and Harmer Road Resurfacing
- Princes Highway Intersection Upgrades – Brunt Road and McMullen Road
- Thompson Road and Mornington Peninsula Freeway Intersection Upgrade
- Western Port Highway Safety Upgrade - Planning
- Wyndham Ring Road - Stage 2
This is not necessarily illegal or even unusual—but it does create a perception that the state is “delivering” something that was already funded or initiated through Commonwealth commitments. For growing outer areas where people sit in traffic daily perception matters. Residents don’t care which logo is on the press release. They care whether anything actually gets built.
$2 billion committed, but still a political football
Then there’s the $2 billion Sunshine Station upgrades commitment as critical, enabling works tied to network capacity and the long discussed airport rail connection. Sunshine has become a choke point due to multiple failures of Jacinta Allan and once again, the Federal Government bails her out and the thanks they get?.
Since receiving the funds it has been left in planning territory and it now becomes a permanent promise machine—always important, always coming and always ready to be pulled into a new election message in 2026 despite it…. Being voted on by locals already in 2024.
Something you need to watch what Jacinta does, and she does it a lot is one of the most unsed tricks in infrastructure politics: the business case. The Feds already funded it, you told them how much you needed

It's time for Jacinta to let go and move on
There are a few SL groups, we will keep them out of the gutter for now but FYI, this is Jacinta's patch and it is why she is becoming a focus point. I am not fixated on her, she is the factional responsible person impacting my home community. A little research shows that Jacinta Allan and CEO, City Of Melton, Roslyn Wai actually have worked together and are known to each other.
One of the councillors on council is politically aligned to Jacinta Allan and we will have more on that in the coming months.
Beyond my personal grievances which are embedded in the fact Jacinta has failed to allocate funding to our roads, services and the Melton Hospital delay. Victorians in growth areas Melton, Caroline Springs, Rockbank, Wyndham, Sunbury corridors are all feeling the same and told repeatedly that help is coming. They hear billion dollar figures. They see politicians in hi-vis. They watch new CGI fly throughs and photo shopped images.
But they still sit in traffic.
So don't even wait until you see these already federally funded projects repackaged as state election commitments, get in early now. Email Jacinta, email your local MP and ask them why they are trying to say Federal Funding commitments we already voted for are being re sold to us as state?
