One new thing everyday...

That's my crypto goal, to learn one new thing each and every day in the world of crypto's (ie: how to read charts, how coins are actually used to build platforms, why some coins flourish while other die off, etc...) In many ways, it feels like learning an entirely new language.

I'm not entirely a novice to the world of investing. In the past, I played around with stocks but over time lost interest in that world. It's not like I lost great sums on money (or made much) I simply got tired of the BS that came with the territory, the insider secrets, and dirty politics. and the fact the market closed nightly.

I suppose if I had to name a single reason I was interested in stocks in the first place it would be owning a share (s) meant I owned a small piece of a company. I felt like an owner and not just a consumer. Well, that may be true in the idealistic meaning but not in practicality.

Crypto's, on the other hand, feels more like authentic ownership. Even more so when engaging in the Hive and Leo communities. I feel like I, and all of us, own a piece of something real Where voices can be heard, and where we can build this place, and other places, together.

So as someone who wants to help build this community, I need to learn what I can that makes this all tick. My time may be limited but certainly can find a small patch of time to learn one new thing a day about all things crypto.

Short steps lead to giant gains after all...
