Not only do I whole heartedly agree with you here from the sentiment, but also at large the science is with you. That's like a double win. This is the sort of thing that should be shouted from the mountaintops to workers worldwide. It would shift societal attitudes towards self actualization rather than begrudging acceptance and harbored resentment.
