Three years ago I started my way into this ecosystem called
#hive, I, like many others, had a somewhat rocky start, possibly because no one ever explained to me in detail what it was all about, I remember I was told you enter, publish and get paid, nothing further from the truth, it was trial and error, but I never gave up blockchain, despite the mistakes I could have made, in my first year in the ecosystem I dedicated myself exclusively to singing and writing stories, then came the artistic make-up and between that journey I was developing as a person rediscovering skills that I did not know I had.
Wherever I went and whoever I talked to, I told them about
#hive, that's how one day I told my sister about this ecosystem and how amazing it was, we managed to open her account and from there she hasn't stopped, and it wasn't just her, it was some family members and friends who got involved in the blockchain, little by little I was concerned about learning more and more about the ecosystem, suddenly I felt the need to give back to the ecosystem a little of how much it had helped me, that's how I started my way in the education of people who were totally unaware of the ecosystem and incorporating with their accounts, this is about a year and four months ago.
Then I was approached with the idea of teaching the kids who were beginning their studies in the singing department I belong to and I did it one kid at a time, suddenly and without planning it, the idea of teaching them all in a group class came up, I had to prepare the class, and together with my other colleagues

@lacasitahive project was born.
A truly beautiful project whose main purpose is to educate those people who are unaware of the existence of our
#hive ecosystem.
It started in a very naive way, since we never imagined, not even in our best dreams, the scope that this project would have, we started with some talks in the foundation Arte & opera, a foundation of singing that has approximately (180) people of which many already have their active accounts and contributing their bit, as far as our work in the foundation is concerned, it can be said that it has not stopped, since new members are constantly entering and we talk to them about the
#hive ecosystem.
Then we went to the polyphonic choir of the state of Sucre-Venezuela where we lived an unforgettable experience, because when we arrived at the place of their rehearsals we met elderly people and we never thought that they would be interested in web 3, so we were forced by circumstances to implement innovative techniques to get the message to these people, and it was amazing to see how they not only understood the web 3 but also how they are already active members of the
#hive ecosystem, among which I can mention

Next we went to the talks with the network of public libraries in the state of Sucre-Venezuela, where we had another pleasant experience and from which arose a series of talks scheduled for the rest of the (15) municipalities of our beautiful state, this talk was so beneficial because that day we were visited by the director of culture of the state of Sucre-Venezuela who to the surprise of the attendees is also part of the blockchain soyliliena is its user, she was so excited that she asked us to speak, she addressed the audience in a quite emotional way, telling her experience within the
#web3, from there she summoned us to a meeting which we attended and from which also came out good agreements, since we must give introductory talks to the hive ecosystem in the different municipalities of the state, in all the seats of culture and there we would be talking about a good number of people to capture for the blockchain.
Then we were invited to the church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints who were quite interested in learning about
#hive, we went several times, even helped them with the creation of their accounts and a good part of them are already active and those who are not, have asked us to return to help them publish their presentation post, plus they tell us that there are new people interested, so soon we will be there, we already set the date of the talk.
When we thought we would have a short break, we were invited by one of the most important universities in the country, to participate as speakers at a conference called the Role of the lic. In administration in Venezuela, where we talked not only about cryptocurrencies, especially our hive and hbd coins, but we made an introduction to the hive ecosystem, we did this before 300 people who attended this event and where we were given recognition for the work done, it was an incredible experience to be in front of so many people listening to us talk about our blockchain and the best, that the interest aroused by the attendees was so great that we have already scheduled dates to give talks not only at the headquarters of this prestigious university in the city, but we will also attend the different municipalities of the state of Sucre, where they have headquarters, in addition to the speakers, experts in the area of economics, finance and cryptocurrencies approached us to make a space in our agenda with them to talk about the ecosystem, and include them in our activities.
Then we were approached by a group of students from the Liceo commercial Modesto Silva of the city of Cumaná, Sucre State, Venezuela, who asked us to bring to the high school the introductory talks to the hive ecosystem, first we had a meeting with the directors and then we agreed the work schedule, on Tuesday 13th of this month we started the cycle of talks that will be given there, We started that day with the computer science students and then on Thursday with the telematics students, we could not believe it, those kids were very interested in learning and entering the ecosystem, they did not want to let us go, we started at 8 in the morning and we finished almost at 1 in the afternoon, it was exhausting but some of them have already opened their accounts, the ones we could because it is a little difficult for us due to the lack of tickets. There is still a lot of history to tell about the Liceo Modesto Silva, as we have to give a talk to the different sections of the different careers taught there.
We continue to be impressed because now we are not only committed to the commercial high school Modesto Silva, but we have already made agendas with other high schools in the city of Cumaná, who have spread the word and contacted us through the people who have already attended the talks, We the team of
#lacasitahive feel incredible and pleasantly surprised by the large number of people who have approached us to talk to them about
#hive, also on the agenda is the Cesar Rengifo Performing Arts Foundation of the city of Cumaná, also the workers and administrative staff of the children's foundation, the José Antonio Ramos Sucre house, among others.
But the
#lacasitahive project, even though it started with three members, we have been joined by a lot of hivers so we created a telegram group, with the aim of helping new users with their questions, also to keep in touch with them, and well among these new people who join the project is the friend

HIVE CHANGES LIVES
Hace ya tres años que inicié mi camino dentro de este ecosistema llamado
#hive yo al igual muchos tuve un inicio un tanto atropellado, posiblemente debido a que jamás nadie me explico a detalle de que se trataba, recuerdo de me dijeron entras, públicas y cobras, nada más lejos de la realidad, aquello fue ensayo y error, pero nunca desistí de la blockchain, a pesar de los errores que pude haber cometido, en mi primer año dentro del ecosistema me dedique exclusivamente a cantar y escribir cuentos, luego llegó el maquillaje artístico y entre tanto recorrido me fui desarrollando como persona redescubriendo capacidades que no sabía que tenía.
Dónde quiera que llegaba y sea con quién sea que conversara, les hablaba de
#hive, fue así como un día le hable a mi hermana de este ecosistema y de lo increíble que era, logramos abrir su cuenta y de allí ella no ha parado, y no solo fue ella, fueron algunos familiares y también amigos a los que incursionó en la blockchain, de a poco me fui preocupando por ir aprendiendo cada día más y más sobre el ecosistema, de pronto sentí la necesidad de retribuir al ecosistema un poco de lo mucho que me había ayudado, fue así como inicie mi camino en la educación de personas que desconocían totalmente al ecosistema e incorporándose con sus cuentas, de esto hace ya aproximadamente un año y cuatro meses.
Luego me plantearon la idea de enseñar a los chicos que iniciaban estudios en la cátedra de canto a la que pertenezco y lo hacía de un chico a la vez, de pronto y sin planificarlo surgió la idea de enseñarles a todos en una clase grupal, me tocó preparar la clase, y junto con mis otros compañeros

Un proyecto sin lugar a dudas hermoso que tiene como fin principal el de educar a esas personas que desconocen de la existencia de nuestro ecosistema

Inicio de manera muy ingenua, ya que jamás nos imaginamos, ni en nuestros mejores sueños, el alcance que este proyecto tendría, comenzamos con unas charlas en la fundación Arte & opera, una fundación de canto que cuenta con aproximadamente (180) personas de las cuales muchas ya tienen sus cuentas activas y aportando su granito de arena, en lo que respecta a nuestro trabajo en la fundación, se puede decir que no ha parado, ya que constantemente ingresan nuevos miembros a los cuales se les habla del ecosistema
#hive.
Luego nos fuimos a la coral polifónica del estado Sucre-Venezuela dónde vivimos una experiencia inolvidable, ya que al llegar al lugar de sus ensayos nos encontramos con personas de avanzada edad y jamás pensamos que les interesaría la web 3, por lo que nos vimos obligados por las circunstancias a implementar técnicas innovadoras para poder llevar el mensaje a estas personas, y fue increíble ver cómo no solo entendieron a la web 3 sino que también ya son miembros activos del ecosistema

Seguidamente nos fuimos a las charlas con la red de Bibliotecas públicas del estado Sucre-Venezuela, dónde tuvimos otra grata experiencia y de la cual surgieron una serie de charlas programadas por el resto de los (15) municipios de nuestro hermoso estado, esta charla fue tan beneficiosa porque ese día nos visitó la directora de cultura del estado Sucre-Venezuela que para sorpresa de los asistentes también forma parte de la blockchain soyliliena es su usuario, ella se emocionó tanto que nos pidió la palabra, se dirigió al público de una manera bastante emotiva, contando su experiencia dentro de la
#web3, de allí nos citó a una reunión a la cuál asistimos y de la que también salieron buenos acuerdos, ya que debemos impartir charlas de introducción al ecosistema hive en los diferentes municipios del estado, en todas las sedes de cultura y allí se estaría hablando de un buen número de personas a captar para la blockchain.
Después fuimos invitados a la iglesia Jesucristo de los santos de los últimos días quienes se mostraron bastante interesados en aprender sobre
#hive, fuimos en varias oportunidades, incluso se les ayudó con la creación de sus cuentas y ya están activos una buena parte de ellos y los que no lo están, nos han pedido que regresemos para ayudarlos a publicar su post de presentación, además que nos dicen que hay nuevas personas interesadas, así que pronto estaremos por allá, ya pautamos la fecha de la charla.
Cuando pensamos que tendríamos una pequeña pausa, fuimos invitados por una de las universidades más importantes del país, a participar como ponentes en una conferencia llamada el Rol del lic. En administración en Venezuela, dónde hablamos no solo de criptomonedas, sobre todo de nuestras monedas hive y hbd, sino que hicimos una introducción al ecosistema hive, esto lo hicimos ante 300 personas que asistieron a este evento y dónde nos dieron un reconocimiento por el trabajo realizado, fue una experiencia increíble estar ante tantas personas escuchándonos hablar de nuestra blockchain y lo mejor, que fue tanto el interés despertado por los asistentes que ya se agendaron fechas para dar charlas no solo en la sede de esta prestigiosa universidad en la ciudad, sino que también asistiremos a los diferentes municipios del estado Sucre, dónde ellos tengan sede, además de que los conferencistas asistentes, expertos en el área de economía, finanzas y criptomonedas se nos acercaron para que hiciéramos un espacio en nuestra agenda con ellos para conversar del ecosistema, e incluirlos en nuestras actividades.
Luego fuimos abordados por un grupo de estudiantes del Liceo comercial Modesto Silva de la ciudad de Cumaná Estado Sucre-Venezuela quienes nos pidieron que llevaremos al liceo las charlas de introducción al ecosistema hive, primero se dió una reunión con los directivos y luego ya acordado el cronograma de trabajo, el día martes 13 de este mismo mes dimos inicio al ciclo de charlas que se darán allí, iniciamos ese día con los estudiantes de informática y luego el día jueves con los de telemática, no lo podíamos creer esos chicos se mostraron bastante interesados en aprender e incursionar al ecosistema, no querían dejarnos ir, iniciamos a las 8 de la mañana y terminamos casi a la 1 de la tarde, fue agotador pero algunos ya abrieron sus cuentas, las que pudimos porque se nos dificulta un poco por la falta de ticket. Falta mucha historia que contar del Liceo Modesto Silva, ya que debemos dar la charla a las diferentes secciones, de las diferentes carreras impartidas allí.
Seguimos impresionados ya que ahora no solo estamos comprometidos con el liceo comercial Modesto Silva, sino que ya agendamos con otros liceos de la ciudad de Cumaná quienes por medio de las personas ya asistentes a las charlas han corrido la voz y nos han contactado, nosotros el equipo de
#lacasitahive nos sentimos increíble y gratamente sorprendidos por la gran cantidad de personas que nos han abordado para que les hablemos de
#hive, ya también en agenda la Fundación de artes escénicas Cesar Rengifo de la ciudad de Cumaná, también el personal obrero y administrativo de la fundación del niño, la casa José Antonio Ramos Sucre, entre otros.
Pero el proyecto de
#lacasitahive aún cuando se inicia con tres integrantes, se nos ha sumado muchísimos hivers por lo que creamos a un grupo de telegram, con la finalidad de ayudar a los nuevos usuarios con sus dudas, también para mantener contacto con ellos, y bueno entre esa nuevas personas que se suman al proyecto está el de la amiga
@ljtorres2 quien ha iniciado el noticiero de la casita, dónde se hablarán de los temas más relevantes de nuestro ecosistema, pero además mantendremos al tanto a todos de las labores realizadas dentro de nuestra casita motivo por el cuál queremos felicitarte amiga, por el excelente trabajo que realizas, otra actividad que está realizando nuestro equipo, es el de nuestro programa de entrevistas, moderado por mi persona, y es un espacio que queremos utilizar para dar a conocer a esos nuevos usuarios que se han sumado al ecosistema, para que le cuenten a los demás como ha Sido su experiencia dentro de la blockchain, también contaremos con la presencia de grandes hivers consagrados dentro de nuestro ecosistema, sin duda alguna será un espacio divertido, pero al que también queremos llevar la cultura, por cierto quiero agradecer públicamente al amigo

Seguimos más que dispuestos a Seguir educando en materia de
#hive, creemos que está es la mejor manera de lograr captar a nuevos usuarios que se sumen a la blockchain, debemos trabajar ya no para hacer marketing de hivers para hivers, se debe trabajar en función de hivers para captar nuevos usuarios, utilizando las diferentes plataformas que nos brinda la web 2 como herramienta de publicidad.
#lacasitahive está aportando su granito de arena al ecosistema, y aunque se nos ha tratado de minimizar nuestro trabajo, consideramos que es mucho lo que hemos logrado, en tan corto tiempo
y sin contar con ningún tipo de recursos, ni ayuda de nadie, ya que nos manejamos con los recursos propios, motivo por el cuál hemos tenido que posponer algunas fechas y reprogramarlas, amamos lo que hacemos, y por eso mismo sabemos y consideramos necesario asistir a estos lugares llevando al menos un mínimo de material de apoyo que nos ayuden a la hora de impartir las charlas.
Queremos y estamos dispuestos a seguir haciendo el trabajo de educación con el fin de lograr la masificación del ecosistema, debemos seguir ayudando a cambiar vidas así como
#hive hizo con nosotros,
