What a good news. Last 3 weeks, I wanted to order for a gadget online from aliexpress only to be told that I have exceeded required amount. I tried several time, to no avail. Then I did a little research and realized there was a $20 restriction placed since around February. I was like, WTF? from $100 last year to $20?

Feels good to see this development. There's another alternative though - One can still use a dollar master card which has no amount restriction.
