Particularly speaking, maintaining positive thinking and believing in the best days always helps, but without the practical work for change to happen, nothing will change and everything will always remain the same.
This is very important in order to have the stable mental health to pursue the goals being set. Positive attitude towards growth is the first step.
I'm still not trying to make new goals for the new year at the moment as I wish to complete the once I had for this year which I haven't achieved yet.
