I consider that the least processed food is the best: vegetables and fruits, as long as they are eaten in the right amounts and in the case of fruit, in the morning hours, because the sugar they contain is burned with daily activity.

That's right. If we could cut down on most processed foods and focus more on natural and fresh foods, we will have an increased number of healthier people.
I prefer having sugar from fruits and dates, they help a lot.
