Feb- 2023; before that, Jan-2020; before that weekly. I never rented from Blockbuster, but I used VHS back in the day.
If any of us made a movie, how do we get it into theaters? These days, theaters are for the experience, not the movies.

Based upon the box office returns, the attendance at theaters is down. I have a feeling they will be gone like malls for the most part by 2030.
If global pandemic policies R still in place, theaters will be toast.
Theaters can still find ways 2stay in business, just not 4 first-run movies: Dinner & a movie; CCTV 4 Taylor Swift concerts; festivals; marathons; metaverse workpaces...
They will have to get creative that is true. We will have to see how things change over the next few years.
