There are only 2 kinds of LEO I can take from Khal:

1. LEO as upvotes he chooses to give out; and
2. LEO as prizes for which I qualify;

Unless there's a situation I left out, any other LEO taken would be stolen property, and last I checked theft is theft. None of us want that.
