(I hate the people who get the best car they ever had after working so hard..and weeks later they are bored of it…) I worked at least 3 years and a few months more to buy my car, I take care of it as if it were my girlfriend and I'm not lying to you hahaha, valuing what we have and appreciating the effort made helps us mature, well I'm 21 years old and I feel satisfied with the goals I have achieved, a goal achieved is the beginning of another one in my life.
Maybe some people are influenced by appearances,I think that's what makes them NOT value what they have.
absolutely. If more people compared themselves to the version they want to be, instead of comparing to other people, they might set more realistic goals that they will actually achieve. I can also see the argument of how someone else, who is on a whole other level for XYZ reason, could help us break out of our own limitations and realize new heights :)
