One thing I like about this earthenware bowl is it's ability to keep the hot foods warm or cold ones that way for a longer period.

That's why whenever I want to enjoy hot soups, peppersoup, oatmeal, etc, I use it. And when I want to eat a cold fruit salad, it comes handy.
