What type was your first mobile phone, the make or name?

Mine was a Huawei handheld phone with inbuilt battery and number encoded in it.

You are nothing but a young um.

This was mobile when I was a teen. What about you @bradleyarrow?

We talked about how neat it would be if the Star Trek communicator every happened. And we never beleived it would in our life time.

Yep. when these came out it was like Sci-Fi coming to life.

It was. The the apple watch.

That didnt impress me much.

I use to have a watch, I must have been 11 or 12, that you could plug earphones in and get radio stations.

It was around the same time as the Walkman.

I had a calculator watch. had to use a tooth pic to push the buttons they were that small.

At least you didnt say your dick.

It's a good thing it happened in your time.

Oh, beautiful. I remember this.

@bradleyarrow might have used this. He is an old man you know.

hahahahaha, you know as a youngster, playing outside (yes we played outside as kids) we use to try and do smoke signals.

Yeah. And our parents didnt care if we played with matches. And there were pads on the corner of the cabinets or doors either.

You ran into them, you were on your own.

Yes sir, get up, dust yourself off and keep playing

Only a few got the trophies and when you cried, dad whipped your ass for crying.

Truth. You were a winner or a looser.

Winner or loser.

My sister was the loose one.

Really gave you something to cry about.

Could not cry, or dad would say, I will give you something real to cry about.

And what's this? 🙄

Do you know know what smoke signals are?

A Nokia phone, forgot which type though... I actually had Nokia phones until Smart Phones became the norm, then I switched to Samsung!
