Make it a game where people will have playing for fun in mind first and earnings second. Like "play and earn" instead of "play to earn". The latter is unsustainable in my opinion.

play and earn is also unsustainable as it becomes a ponzi scheme.
crypto people think they can get something for nothing and then studios have to pump and shill a useless layer 2 token to stay in business.
play-to-own is the future.
