It is sad. When I unsubscribe from a newsletter or cancel other subscriptions there is usually an exit survey to ask why I am leaving.
Is that a possibility for people unsubscribing from INLEO Premium? I mean for some it's just a matter of affordability or not. But what are other reasons that people are not renewing their Premium subscription? What do they think is missing or isn't high enough value for them to continue subscribing to Premium INLEO?

you can‘t unsubscribe, people just don‘t renew, because of many reasons … can‘t afford, weekend, just forgot, not active enough, don‘t care about the platform, don‘t get the point of premium and that it pays for itself, etc. etc.

That's right! I forgot about paying manually each month so there wouldn't be an opportunity for an exit survey. But this goes to what @taskmaster4450 has been talking about for awhile now. We need to build this to where people see the value in not only staying but continuing to subscribe to Premium.

… or invest in the yearly sub! The important thing that some might not get is that premium pays for itself if one is active! If not active so much, i understand why premium might not be worth it for some.
