Living under financial pressure is something a lot of people live with but we can actually live without financial pressure if we put things in place and do the right things.

One thing about financial pressure is that it brings tension and can bring hypertension, it can also bring headaches, migraine, chest pain, different sicknesses and conditions in people's lives.

THINGS THAT PUT PEOPLE UNDER FINANCIAL PRESSURE

(1)SELF DECEIT
Deceiving others is one thing but deceiving yourself is another level of deceit.

A lot of people deceive themselves to impress others and it is important to ask yourself what you are trying to prove.

You see a lot of persons in serious debt because they are trying to prove what they are not.

You know your financial state, status, and position, don't live above your means.

Borrowing is another way of putting yourself under financial pressure.

I have a friend who lives in so much debt that she eats from hand to mouth which is so sad because she earns more than enough.

(3) RELYING ON SOMEONE ELSE'S MONEY.
Planning with money that is not yet yours is a funny thing to do because no wise person plans or hopes on money that belongs to another.

What I am saying is you need to plan with your available resources.

(4) LIVING EXTRAVAGANT lIFESTYLE.
Wise people avoid reckless spending because extravagant spending can make you live under pressure.

If you want to live stress-free or without financial pressure, it's time to avoid certain lifestyles in 2022, be truthful and honest to yourself, and tell yourself if you can't afford it.

Don't live above your limits because that can put you under financial pressure.
