Osni Fernando Luiz prestou depoimento na Delegacia de Polícia de Repressão aos Delitos de Intolerância Esportiva (Drade), assinou um termo e foi liberado na sequência.
Osni Fernando Luiz, que apareceu em vídeos nas redes sociais com a cabeça do porco, admitiu ter comprado a parte do animal, mas negou que tenha sido o responsável por atirá-la no gramado durante o clássico entre Corinthians e Palmeiras.
– Nós pensamos: vamos para a frente da arena, no estacionamento, nós pegamos a cabeça e tiramos algumas fotos. Eu comprei a cabeça de porco no mercadão da Lapa, paguei por ela – declarou o torcedor.
– Eu estava bêbado e arremessei lá por um canto do estádio, no setor Sul. Achei que alguém ia achar e jogar fora. Ou que ia tirar foto. Eu não sei (quem jogou no gramado) – completou.

PISCATAWAY, N.J. — Freshman standout Dylan Harper scored 20 points in his highly anticipated debut to lead No. 25 Rutgers to a 75-52 win over Wagner on Wednesday night in the season-opener for both schools.
Harper, a combo guard, is considered one of the top freshmen in the country and together with fellow first-year forward Ace Bailey, a major reason why the Scarlet Knights entered the season at No. 25.

Ao antecipar o início do Campeonato Brasileiro em um mês (de abril para março), a CBF conseguiria paralisar a competição durante a disputa do Mundial, que vai de 15 de junho a 13 de julho e terá quatro clubes brasileiros: Flamengo, Fluminense, Palmeiras e mais o campeão da Libertadores de 2024 – Atlético-MG ou Botafogo.
Durante essa paralisação, os demais clubes poderão fazer inter-temporada, excursões ou mesmo dar férias a seus jogadores. A CBF entende que isso faria bem para a internacionalização das marcas dos clubes.
A proposta de calendário, elaborada pela diretoria de competições, tem o apoio do presidente da CBF, Ednaldo Rodrigues. Ao longo desta quinta-feira haverá reuniões com as federações estaduais que teriam seus campeonatos afetados pelas mudanças.
Se o Campeonato Brasileiro não fosse paralisado durante o Mundial de Clubes, os quatro times que vão disputar o torneio da Fifa nos EUA seriam obrigados a "pagar" os jogos atrasados durante as janelas internacionais (as Datas Fifa) e fatalmente jogariam o Campeonato Brasileiro desfalcados dos jogadores convocados por suas seleções.
Com isso, os campeonatos estaduais, que normalmente ocupam três meses do ano (do meio de janeiro ao meio de abril), devem começar e terminar mais cedo – antes da Data Fifa de março. O número de datas dos principais estaduais deve ser mantido em 16, mas estes torneios ocuparão menos espaço no ano.
As mudanças para 2025 contemplam preservar as Datas Fifa sem jogos do Campeonato Brasileiro ou da Copa do Brasil. A ideia é evitar o que ocorreu em 2024, quando várias rodadas do principal torneio nacional de clubes foram disputadas durante a Copa América disputada nos EUA.
Os campeonatos estaduais também devem ser antecipados, com início na primeira semana de janeiro. Os conceitos da proposta da CBF foram apresentados aos clubes, mas o calendário ainda não foi publicado oficialmente. As mudanças propostas foram antecipadas pelo portal UOL e confirmadas pelo ge.

The Republican presidential candidate made the bold claim Monday on the “Let’s Go” podcast hosted by sportscaster Jim Gray and former New England Patriots coach Bill Belichick.
“I could certainly help it,” Trump said of a potential deal. “I would say it would take me the better part of 15 minutes to get that deal done.”
The two major professional golf leagues have butted heads for three years. Several household names from the PGA Tour, including Jon Rahm and Dustin Johnson, signed large contracts to join LIV. O torcedor do Corinthians responsável por comprar uma cabeça de porco e levá-la à Neo Química Arena na última segunda-feira se apresentou nesta quarta-feira à Polícia Civil. Osni Fernando Luiz prestou depoimento na Delegacia de Polícia de Repressão aos Delitos de Intolerância Esportiva (Drade), assinou um termo e foi liberado na sequência.
Osni Fernando Luiz, que apareceu em vídeos nas redes sociais com a cabeça do porco, admitiu ter comprado a parte do animal, mas negou que tenha sido o responsável por atirá-la no gramado durante o clássico entre Corinthians e Palmeiras.
– Nós pensamos: vamos para a frente da arena, no estacionamento, nós pegamos a cabeça e tiramos algumas fotos. Eu comprei a cabeça de porco no mercadão da Lapa, paguei por ela – declarou o torcedor.
– Eu estava bêbado e arremessei lá por um canto do estádio, no setor Sul. Achei que alguém ia achar e jogar fora. Ou que ia tirar foto. Eu não sei (quem jogou no gramado) – completou.
Apesar da polêmica gerada e do risco de punição ao Corinthians por conta do ocorrido, Osni Fernando Luiz se defendeu:
– A provocação é sadia, não peguei barra de ferro para agredir ninguém, não dei soco em ninguém. O futebol tem que parar com isso, o futebol raiz tem que viver, nos anos 1990, todo mundo ia para o jogo junto, brincava com o outro. Hoje chegou em uma proporção que estão acabando com o futebol.
Na última terça o Corinthians enviou imagens à Polícia para ajudar a esclarecer o caso. Ao clube interessa identificar o responsável pelo ato para evitar uma punição. O arremesso da parte do animal foi relatado na súmula da partida pelo árbitro Wilton Pereira Sampaio.
O Timão pode ser enquadrado no artigo 213 do Código Brasileiro de Justiça Desportiva, que trata sobre prevenir ou reprimir lançamentos de objetos no campo ou local da partida. Caso não identifique o infrator, o Timão corre o risco de ser punido até mesmo com perda de mando de campo.
Ainda durante o jogo, dois homens foram detidos e conduzidos ao Jecrim, o Juizado Especial Criminal, por supostamente terem participado do ato. Porém, eles negaram envolvimento, não quiseram assinar transação penal (pagamento de multa para evitar punição) e foram liberados após prestar depoimento.

A CBF prepara mudanças para o calendário de 2025 do futebol brasileiro. As principais são: a antecipação do início do Campeonato Brasileiro para março e a paralisação durante um mês entre junho e julho, para evitar conflitos com o Mundial de Clubes da Fifa.

Ao antecipar o início do Campeonato Brasileiro em um mês (de abril para março), a CBF conseguiria paralisar a competição durante a disputa do Mundial, que vai de 15 de junho a 13 de julho e terá quatro clubes brasileiros: Flamengo, Fluminense, Palmeiras e mais o campeão da Libertadores de 2024 – Atlético-MG ou Botafogo.
Durante essa paralisação, os demais clubes poderão fazer inter-temporada, excursões ou mesmo dar férias a seus jogadores. A CBF entende que isso faria bem para a internacionalização das marcas dos clubes.
A proposta de calendário, elaborada pela diretoria de competições, tem o apoio do presidente da CBF, Ednaldo Rodrigues. Ao longo desta quinta-feira haverá reuniões com as federações estaduais que teriam seus campeonatos afetados pelas mudanças.
Se o Campeonato Brasileiro não fosse paralisado durante o Mundial de Clubes, os quatro times que vão disputar o torneio da Fifa nos EUA seriam obrigados a "pagar" os jogos atrasados durante as janelas internacionais (as Datas Fifa) e fatalmente jogariam o Campeonato Brasileiro desfalcados dos jogadores convocados por suas seleções.
Com isso, os campeonatos estaduais, que normalmente ocupam três meses do ano (do meio de janeiro ao meio de abril), devem começar e terminar mais cedo – antes da Data Fifa de março. O número de datas dos principais estaduais deve ser mantido em 16, mas estes torneios ocuparão menos espaço no ano.
As mudanças para 2025 contemplam preservar as Datas Fifa sem jogos do Campeonato Brasileiro ou da Copa do Brasil. A ideia é evitar o que ocorreu em 2024, quando várias rodadas do principal torneio nacional de clubes foram disputadas durante a Copa América disputada nos EUA.
Os campeonatos estaduais também devem ser antecipados, com início na primeira semana de janeiro. Os conceitos da proposta da CBF foram apresentados aos clubes, mas o calendário ainda não foi publicado oficialmente. As mudanças propostas foram antecipadas pelo portal UOL e confirmadas pelo ge.

The two major professional golf leagues have butted heads for three years. Several household names from the PGA Tour, including Jon Rahm and Dustin Johnson, signed large contracts to join LIV. Those players have received scrutiny from PGA loyalists who have pointed out that LIV is owned and operated by the Saudi Arabian monarchy’s Public Investment Fund.

The company I work for is migrating from Slack to Teams as our internal communication tool. They are working hard to sell it as an improvement but I just don't see it.... Teams is fundamentally worse from what I'm seeing
Never worked with Slack in business - just private. Development is harder for Teams - or at least it has been.
I dislike Microsoft products generally... but Teams has been specially bad to me lol
My entire college migrated to Teams this year, it’s been interesting watching everyone trying to navigate it, it’s not the most intuitive beast to use.
I liked slack a lot at my last company.

When people bet considerable amounts of money on outcomes that are outside of their control, that's fine. People are rewarded for being right, and the market acts as an oracle.
But what about when people can actually affect the outcomes they're betting on? 😲
Example: right now there's a market on who Trump will pardon. He alone controls that outcome, and could place a massive bet on a particular one, then simply make it happen and cash in.
I don't think Trump would do it since he has enough money and currently is motivated by other things, but what about the next person in this position?

I don’t have energy for Shibuya and I feel so old there haha. I don’t feel old anywhere else but in Shibuya the average age is 18 and I think people over 25 are less than 10%. Too much pop stuff for me there although there are some good concert venues.
I have to keep my favorite places off social media cause gentrification here will happen at lightning speed once something gets hype but if you come to visit I can show you 🙃
