Up to three years ago I felt like superman. I was straight up beast mode and then I got sick, then a car accident and then some assorted injuries. With all that said I never stopped remaining consistent with my workouts. My health and fitness journey has helped me get through those ordeals. Being honest though it's also caught up to me including the fact that I'm closer to 60 than 50 but you would never know that as I look younger than my age.
