Fall is often associated with comfort food but that doesn’t mean you can’t be healthy too.
Here are four healthy and delicious foods you should be eating more of this fall.
Pumpkins contain a powerful antioxidant called beta-carotene and they’re also a great source of fiber. You can make lots of dishes with pumpkin, including soup, risotto, casserole, muffins, overnight oats and pie.

I'd agree with that. You also only lost money if you sold at a loss which can also be a smart play at times to actully SAVE money. Just needs to learn the game and be in it longer than a quick wild trade or two.
That's right! It's all about risk management. Heck I lost a bit on an options trade this week so I could cut the loss and ended up rolling into a better option that ended up yielding me double what I lost...

That's for lazy investors in my opinion. I make WAY more by trading than just sitting on something. Let me ask you this, if you had a grocery store, you would want to sell your products, right? Not let the expire on a shelf and throw away? Same thing... This is a business.
A lot of people thought Bitcoin was expiring in 2014 as the price crashed from $1200 to $200, but imagine if they just held on.
I think it depends on a lot on your time horizon. If you are one of the few who can profit well by trading short-term, then all the power to you! But I've seen a lot of people get wrecked doing that.
That's because they probably came at it like a get rich quick scheme and did stupid things to lose their money. If you treat it like a business, you can make money. Again, if you buy and hold something, how are you actually using it? It's just sitting there going up and down with price. I catch profits in those swings to make my income. As I said in the post, trading and long term investing are NOT the same thing.

I think it was used in The Book of Eli as Eli (Denzel Washington) was explaining why he believed he was going to succeed in his mission to deliver The Bible to Alcatraz despite his handicap. The Lord was w/ him all the way, for sure.
After all this time, The Book of Eli is still better than many movies which had been released since. U may discover things on another viewing U hadn't realized D 1st time you saw this movie. Other Bible verses are quoted in it, too.
oh man, that's a fantastic question! I grew up as secular as coud be. Religion was the furthest thing from my mind. I always believed in something bigger, but organized religion...I hated it.
But one thing led to another, I started reading more. Started following the history of the church and how it came to be. The gospels, the history of them.
I just couldn't deny it. As deep as I dug, my answers always led back to the bible and God. For me it was a case of just the more I learned, the bigger my faith grew.

Those are his views. But those are his actions as well.
He's done everything he can to push Bitcoin to be a pyramid number-go-up investment-only that's held by custodians like him (he's trying to open a Bitcoin bank).
I'm not a huge fan of Saylor's view on Bitcoin either, and I wouldn't be surprised to see some governments confiscating crypto held in banks/exchanges for "the greater good".
That said, I also think the road to self-custody is a long one. In my experience, most people are afraid to manage a seed phrase, or they end up losing it.
I think we need a middle ground for now, where people who aren't ready for self-custody can keep their crypto in a "bank", but with an easy way to transition to self-custody when they feel comfortable.
For sure, and I think projects like Vultisig are amazing for helping make self custody simple. But what Saylor's doing is trying to bring tyranny to freedom money. It's inexcusable.
There's also a new alliance called DeRec (decentralized recovery) that's working on a standard that would allow users to spread their secrets over a number of trusted "helpers", who would then assist you to recover your seed phrases should you lose your device.
I'm not saying Michael Saylor didn't say those things. What I don't understand is how he could hold those positions in the 1st place. What is his endgame?

Finally scraped together 99 HBD for a year of Premium through LeoDEX. Couldn't make it that last mile though, kept getting failures and ending up with Leo on ARB.
I made up the entirety of LeoDEX's volume for the day!

Many people try to trade and fail, this is because they are not serious about it and just want to hit a quick buck.
Those of us that do it full time have put in the work to learn a skillset that can make us money as long as the financial markets exist.
So those that complain they lost money and quit were nothing but gamblers in the first place.
To be a logical trader, you have to treat it like a business!

I think it was used in The Book of Eli as Eli (Denzel Washington) was explaining why he believed he was going to succeed in his mission to deliver The Bible to Alcatraz despite his handicap. The Lord was w/ him all the way, for sure.

oh man, that's a fantastic question! I grew up as secular as coud be. Religion was the furthest thing from my mind. I always believed in something bigger, but organized religion...I hated it.
But one thing led to another, I started reading more. Started following the history of the church and how it came to be. The gospels, the history of them.
I just couldn't deny it. As deep as I dug, my answers always led back to the bible and God. For me it was a case of just the more I learned, the bigger my faith grew.
I like this question.

He's done everything he can to push Bitcoin to be a pyramid number-go-up investment-only that's held by custodians like him (he's trying to open a Bitcoin bank).
I'm not a huge fan of Saylor's view on Bitcoin either, and I wouldn't be surprised to see some governments confiscating crypto held in banks/exchanges for "the greater good".
That said, I also think the road to self-custody is a long one. In my experience, most people are afraid to manage a seed phrase, or they end up losing it.
I think we need a middle ground for now, where people who aren't ready for self-custody can keep their crypto in a "bank", but with an easy way to transition to self-custody when they feel comfortable.
For sure, and I think projects like Vultisig are amazing for helping make self custody simple. But what Saylor's doing is trying to bring tyranny to freedom money. It's inexcusable.

There's also a new alliance called DeRec (decentralized recovery) that's working on a standard that would allow users to spread their secrets over a number of trusted "helpers", who would then assist you to recover your seed phrases should you lose your device.

It's clear that Treasury isn't using generative AI, the kind that has captivated users of OpenAI's ChatGPT and Google's Gemini by generating images, creating song lyrics, and answering complex questions (although it still sometimes struggles with simple queries).
Instead, fraud detection efforts rely on machine learning, the subset of AI that excels at analyzing large amounts of data and making decisions and predictions based on what it has learned.
AI can be very useful in combating financial crime by sifting through near-infinite streams of data and detecting subtle patterns – all in a fraction of the time it would take a human to do so.
Experts say that once sophisticated AI models are trained, they can sniff out suspicious transactions in mere milliseconds.
“Fraudsters are really good at hiding. They are secretly trying to game the system,” Miskell said. “AI and leveraging data help us find these hidden patterns and anomalies and work to prevent them.”
Each year, the Treasury delivers about 1.4 billion payments valued at nearly $7 trillion to 100 million people. It's responsible for sending out everything from Social Security and Medicaid payments to federal worker paychecks, tax refunds and stimulus checks.
Online payment fraud is expected to exceed $362 billion by 2028, according to estimates from Juniper Research.
And some of this fraud is being boosted by AI itself.
US officials have expressed concern that AI will introduce new dangers into the financial system. Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen warned bankers in June that AI in finance poses “significant risks.”

A portion of the rewards automatically goes to a community pool, and then spending proposals are voted on transparently and democratically.
But also, stakeholders get to choose where it goes, and they can choose to just not fund anything at all and collectively keep their money.
