There are so many tentacles to AI that it would make most people's head spin. For example, Tesla is going to be a leading AI company and they will not have a LLM.
Of the list, none of them will be the leaders. OpenAI cant get enough data, Google is in trouble for a number of reasons and Apple isnt innovative.
If you are talking LLM related, Meta or XAI are the ones to watch in my opinion.
Disney is facing a lot of headwinds. Their theme parks, which are the cash cow, are struggling. This could put them in a major bind, especially as #technology changes the entertainment industry.
It has been a big week for Nobel Prizes in the world of artificial intelligence. The Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences today announced the Nobel Prize in Chemistry winners for 2024, with DeepMind CEO Demis Hassabis and Director John Jumper sharing one-half of the prize, with David Baker — who is head of the Institute for Protein Design at the University of Washington — securing the other half.
The news comes a day after AI pioneers Geoff Hinton and John Hopfield won the Nobel Prize in Physics for their foundational work in machine learning and AI.
Hassabis and Jumper won the award, specifically, for “protein structure prediction,” while Baker’s was for “computational protein design.”
SpaceX's Starship rocket could fly again as soon as Sunday. The test is still pending FAA approval. The last public statement released by the FAA suggested the agency didn't expect to determine whether to approve the license before late November, but there is some optimism at SpaceX that it will issue a launch license much sooner. The fifth Starship test flight will attempt the first-ever return to the launch site and catch of the Super Heavy booster. SpaceX won't attempt to reignite Starship's Raptor engines in space on the upcoming flight - the spacecraft will come to a soft splashdown in a target area in the Indian Ocean.
Samsung issued a public apology and acknowledged it is in a 'crisis' following the release of its profit guidance on Tuesday. It reported a preliminary profit that undershot market expectations, and its share price has fallen almost 30% over the past six months. The worse-than-expected guidance underlines investor concerns about deteriorating memory market conditions and the possibility of slowing AI investment by big tech groups. Wounds are a common occurrence in our daily lives, and while surgical stitches are the standard treatment for large and deep wounds, they have their own set of limitations. Traditional sutures can pop open with too much movement, leading to slower healing, larger scars, and a higher risk of infection.
However, scientists in China have now turned this weakness into a strength by developing stitches that generate an electric charge when stretched, accelerating wound healing and potentially changing the face of wound care.
Sutures are the go-to solution for large and deep wounds in skin, physically bringing cells on either side of the wound back in contact to facilitate healing. Without them, injuries heal slower, leave larger scars, and are more prone to infection. However, traditional sutures are not without their own complications. Movement of the affected area can cause them to open up, and they usually need to be removed by doctors after they've served their purpose. This can lead to additional discomfort, pain, and increased risk of infection.
A team of scientists at Donghua University in China has developed a new type of stitch that harnesses the power of electricity to accelerate wound healing. The stitches are made with a specialized mechanoelectrical fiber that generates electric fields when the core and sheath layers touch and separate with movement. This electric signal has been shown to speed up healing in past research, stimulating the body's natural healing processes and promoting tissue regeneration.
The team tested the electrical stitches on cell cultures in the lab, where they found that a wound that took up 69% of the surface area was reduced to just 10.8% with electrical sutures after 24 hours, compared to 32.6% with traditional sutures. They also tested the stitches on rats, where they found that after 10 days, the electrical sutures had closed the wounds by 96.5%, compared to 60.4% with traditional sutures. The results showed a significant acceleration of wound healing with the electrical stitches, with faster closure rates and reduced scar tissue.
The researchers also tested the infection rates of the electrical and traditional sutures on rats. They found that the rats treated with electrical sutures showed significantly lower levels of bacteria than those with regular stitches, regardless of whether the wound was disinfected daily or not. This suggests that the electrical stitches may have antimicrobial properties, reducing the risk of infection and promoting a healthier healing environment. Additionally, the electrical stitches are made of bioabsorbable materials, which means they can safely degrade in the body, eliminating the need for surgical removal and reducing the risk of complications.
While there is still much work to be done before the electrical stitches can be tested in humans, this breakthrough has the potential to revolutionize wound care. The ability to harness the power of electricity to accelerate wound healing could lead to faster, safer, and more effective treatment options for patients. As the researchers continue to refine their technology, we can expect to see significant advancements in the field of wound care in the years to come, including the potential for minimally invasive procedures, reduced scarring, and improved patient outcomes.
The development of electrical stitches that generate an electric charge when stretched is a game-changer in the field of wound care. By harnessing the power of electricity to accelerate wound healing, these stitches have the potential to revolutionize the way we treat wounds and improve patient outcomes. As we move forward, it will be exciting to see how this technology evolves and the impact it has on the lives of patients around the world. With the potential to reduce healing times, improve wound closure rates, and reduce the risk of infection, electrical stitches could become a new standard in wound care, changing the face of medical treatment forever.

The U.S. Justice Department has put forth a sweeping proposal to force Google to sell off parts of its business, potentially leading to the first major The U.S. government considers seeking to force Google to sell off parts of its business.
Justice Department Proposes Sweeping Remedy to Break Up Google's Monopoly
In a landmark move, the United States Department of Justice (DOJ) has submitted a 32-page proposal to break up Google's business, potentially leading to the first major corporate breakup in four decades. The proposal, filed in response to a landmark antitrust case, aims to address Google's monopolies in search and search advertising by imposing a range of remedies, including behavioral restrictions and structural measures.
The proposed remedies framework, submitted to U.S. District judge Amit Mehta, presents a range of options to address Google's dominance in the search and search advertising markets. The DOJ has asked for remedies across four key areas:
Search Distribution
The proposal seeks to restrict or eliminate default search agreements, pre-installations, and revenue-sharing deals.
This would prevent Google from using its dominant position to favor its own search engine over competitors. Additionally, the proposal suggests considering structural remedies to separate Chrome, play, and/or Android from Google, limiting the company's control over emerging search technologies, including AI-powered features. Furthermore, the proposal recommends implementing user education programs to promote informed search engine choices, allowing users to make more informed decisions about which search engine to use.
The DOJ has asked for remedies to mandate sharing of Google's search index, data, algorithms, and AI models. This would allow competitors to access the same data and technologies that Google uses to power its search engine, leveling the playing field.
The proposal also seeks to require transparency in search results, features, and ad ranking signals, prohibiting Google from using non-transparent methods to favor its own search engine. Additionally, the proposal recommends prohibiting Google from leveraging non-shareable data due to privacy concerns, and implementing measures to reduce rivals' costs for data indexing and retention.
The proposal aims to limit Google's ability to use contracts to undermine rivals' access to web content, allowing publisher websites to opt out of AI training or appearing in Google-owned AI products such as AI summaries. This would prevent Google from using its dominant position to restrict access to content and limit the ability of competitors to innovate.
The DOJ has proposed scaling back or restructuring Google's advanced advertising products, including AI-driven tools. This would reduce Google's ability to use its dominant position in search to favor its own advertising products over those of competitors. The proposal also suggests exploring options for licensing Google's ad feed separately from search results, increasing transparency for advertisers, and providing detailed auction and monetization data.
Google responded to the proposal in a blog post, calling it "radical and sweeping" and warning of potential "negative unintended consequences for American innovation and America's consumers." The company argued that the remedy is "far-reaching" and "goes a mile wide and an inch deep," and that it would hinder innovation and competition. Google claimed that the remedy would lead to a loss of innovation and competition, and that it would ultimately harm American consumers.
Analysts at Bernstein cautioned that the remedy is "far-reaching" and "goes a mile wide and an inch deep." They warned that the last thing Google needs right nOW is to have its hands tied by regulators, particularly in the broader AI battle. The analysts noted that the remedy could have unintended consequences, such as reduced innovation and competition, and potential negative impacts on American consumers.
The proposed remedy has significant implications for Google's business and the broader tech industry. If implemented, it could lead to a significant restructuring of Google's business, potentially leading to the creation of new competitors and increased innovation in the search and search advertising markets. However, it could also lead to unintended consequences, such as reduced innovation and competition, and potential negative impacts on American consumers. The outcome of this proposal will have significant implications for the future of Google and the tech industry as a whole.
The proposed remedy is now subject to review by Judge Mehta, who ruled against Google in the landmark antitrust case last August. The outcome of this proposal will have significant implications for the future of Google and the tech industry as a whole.
South Korea's Financial Services Commission plans to regulate cross-border stablecoin transactions, including dollar-pegged coins, under foreign exchange rules. The country will consult with Japan, the EU, and other jurisdictions, aiming to ensure stablecoin transaction soundness and establish a legal framework, beginning with won-pegged tokens.
The District of Columbia attorney general alleges that TikTok operates an alleged "unlicensed virtual currency" as part of its TikTok LIVE feature.
Of the many allegations against TikTok brought by a group of attorneys general, one stands out for its focus on the company's abusive use of its virtual currency.
This feature is integrated into the app's livestreaming tool, which enables users to buy and use virtual tokens to support their favorite creators. The tokens can be used to purchase digital "gifts" that can be exchanged for real money, with TikTok taking a 50% commission on these transactions.
The lawsuit alleges that TikTok's weak age-verification tools make it easy for children to bypass these checks and conduct financial transactions without adult supervision. This is a serious concern, as children are often not able to understand the implications of their financial actions and may be more susceptible to exploitation.
Federal and state laws are in place to protect children from financial harms, as they are "too inexperienced to know any better." These laws aim to prevent companies from exploiting children's financial naivety and to ensure that children are not exposed to financial risks that they are not equipped to handle.
TikTok has declined to comment on the lawsuit, but has stated that it disagrees with the AG's claims and believes that many of the allegations are "inaccurate and misleading." However, the company's response has been criticized for not directly addressing the allegations and failing to provide evidence to support its claims.
Experts have weighed in on the situation, with some arguing that TikTok's use of digital currencies is a common practice in the video game industry and that it is not necessarily exploitative. However, others have argued that the video game industry's approach to digital currencies can be problematic, as it often uses tactics like making digital currencies look "pretty and joyful and kind of innocent looking" to avoid detection.
Gabriel Robins, a professor of computerscience at the University of Virginia, has served as an expert witness in several tech-related patent lawsuits. He has argued that companies like TikTok need to be more transparent about their financial practices and that they need to take steps to prevent children from being exploited.
The D.C. TikTok lawsuit may have significant implications for other social media companies, which are also courting online creators and social media users to produce content and monetize their influence. The lawsuit may compel other platform companies to reconsider how they define and regulate economic transactions, particularly when it comes to children's financial safety.
The regulatory environment for social media companies is rapidly evolving, with increased scrutiny over their handling of children's data and their influence on young users' mental health. The D.C. TikTok lawsuit is just one example of this trend, and it is likely that we will see more lawsuits and regulatory actions in the coming months and years.
The lawsuit also raises questions about parental responsibility and whether parents are doing enough to protect their children from financial exploitation on social media platforms. Many parents are not aware of the financial practices used by social media companies, and they may not be equipped to teach their children about financial literacy and online safety.
TikTok has faced criticism in the past for its handling of children's data and its influence on young users' mental health. The company has responded to these criticisms by implementing various measures to protect children's data and to promote online safety.
However, the company's response to the current lawsuit has been criticized for being insufficient, and it remains to be seen whether TikTok will take more concrete steps to address the concerns raised by the AG's office.
The D.C. TikTok lawsuit marks an important step towards holding companies accountable for their impact on children's well-being. The lawsuit raises important questions about the regulation of social media companies and their financial practices, particularly when it comes to children's financial safety. As the debate over social media regulation and child safety continues to intensify, it is likely that we will see more lawsuits and regulatory actions in the coming months and years.
In a recent research report around web3 gaming, 10% of respondents cited the complexities of crypto wallets as a primary deterrent keeping them from trying web3 games. 7% didn't understand the value proposition, 2% are happy with web2 games, and 9% stated it does not appeal to them. Nearly 60% of web3 gamers said they played for airdrops, indicating a massive discrepancy between the stated goal of onchain games and their actual use case as a tool for speculation and play-to-earn mechanics.
A group of more than two dozen residents from Granbury, Texas, has filed a lawsuit against Marathon Digital Holdings, a major crypto miner firm, citing the excessive noise and vibrations from its local Bitcoin mining facility.
A group of residents in Hood County, Texas, has filed a lawsuit against Marathon digital, a cryptocurrencyminingcompany, alleging that the persistent noise from its operations has caused significant disruptions to their daily lives and resulted in severe health impacts. The lawsuit, led by Earthjustice on behalf of the Citizens Concerned About Wolf Hollow, demands that Marathon either mitigate the noise pollution or shut down its operations altogether.
The mining facility, located near the residents' homes, uses Proof-of-Work cryptocurrency mining, a process that involves tens of thousands of computers operating continuously to solve complex algorithms. The noise from the cooling fans of the mining machines has become a major issue for the local community, with residents reporting fatigue, hearing loss, and headaches. The constant roaring from the cooling fans, which run 24/7, has created a persistent hum that has become a major source of stress and discomfort for the residents.
The lawsuit claims that the noise pollution has interfered with the residents' ability to enjoy their homes, with vibrations and constant roaring from the cooling fans disrupting their daily activities. The residents are seeking measures to shut down the mining facility or drastically reduce the noise pollution, and are demanding compensation for damages, including higher electricity bills and decreased property values. The lawsuit also highlights the impact on the local environment, with the noise pollution affecting the quality of life for both humans and animals.
Earthjustice's senior attorney, Rodrigo Cantú, emphasized that the noise pollution from the mining process harms residents' physical and mental health and is also detrimental to the surrounding environment. "Persistent exposure to this noise is detrimental for human health, animals, and the environment," Cantú said. "Residents' homes are no longer the refuge that they should be. Marathon must take immediate action to effectively mitigate their noise pollution or shut down operations altogether."
The residents are not alone in their concerns. Granbury resident Cheryl Shadden shared her experience, explaining that the 24/7 mining activities have also driven up local electricity bills. "In such a short time, Bitcoin mining has completely altered our community, for the worse," Shadden said. "The around-the-clock mining isn't just driving up our electricity bills — it's costing us our health." Shadden also expressed her frustration with the lack of action from Marathon, stating, "We feel trapped. day and night, we are subjected to relentless noise that is physically harming us. We aren't asking for much — just for Marathon to take responsibility and restore our peace and well-being."
The lawsuit highlights the urgent need for solutions, with residents seeking immediate action to address the noise pollution. The plaintiffs are seeking a permanent injunction against the mining facility to prevent further noise disturbances and compensation for damages. The lawsuit is a stark reminder of the need for responsible and sustainable practices in the cryptocurrency mining industry, particularly in areas where residents are directly affected by the operations.
As the lawsuit continues to unfold, it remains to be seen whether Marathon Digital will take immediate action to mitigate the noise pollution or shut down its operations altogether. However, one thing is clear: the residents of Hood County will not rest until their health and well-being are protected and their community is restored to its former peaceful state.

Businesses are going to have AI agents because that's what's going to replace their web page. Web pages are going to be gone. Websites. Websites are the foundation of Web 2.0, of the Internet. Next generation is going to end up replacing ultimately the web page, the website. Why? Because your digital platform is not built on your website. Your digital platform is going to be built on your AI agent. And your AI agent will have all the information in there. people will interact with your AI agents. Other agents will interact with your AI agents.
Agreed, technology tells you were the market is moving next.
So if you can position yourself there you will grow, but if you ignore it, you will be bypassed by progress and die in obscurity.

which AI company will dominate the market, OpenAI or Google or Apple?
That is like asking who is going to win the compute game. It is nobody.
If you are talking LLM related, Meta or XAI are the ones to watch in my opinion.
wait so you're saying Mark Zuckerberg will have the upper hand 😳

SpaceX’s next Starship launch—and first catch—could happen this weekend

Smart stitches generate electricity on movement for faster healing
Wounds are a common occurrence in our daily lives, and while surgical stitches are the standard treatment for large and deep wounds, they have their own set of limitations. Traditional sutures can pop open with too much movement, leading to slower healing, larger scars, and a higher risk of infection.
#technoloogy #healthcare
However, scientists in China have now turned this weakness into a strength by developing stitches that generate an electric charge when stretched, accelerating wound healing and potentially changing the face of wound care.
The Problem with Traditional Sutures
Sutures are the go-to solution for large and deep wounds in skin, physically bringing cells on either side of the wound back in contact to facilitate healing. Without them, injuries heal slower, leave larger scars, and are more prone to infection. However, traditional sutures are not without their own complications. Movement of the affected area can cause them to open up, and they usually need to be removed by doctors after they've served their purpose. This can lead to additional discomfort, pain, and increased risk of infection.
The Breakthrough: Electrical Stitches
A team of scientists at Donghua University in China has developed a new type of stitch that harnesses the power of electricity to accelerate wound healing. The stitches are made with a specialized mechanoelectrical fiber that generates electric fields when the core and sheath layers touch and separate with movement. This electric signal has been shown to speed up healing in past research, stimulating the body's natural healing processes and promoting tissue regeneration.
Lab and Animal Testing
The team tested the electrical stitches on cell cultures in the lab, where they found that a wound that took up 69% of the surface area was reduced to just 10.8% with electrical sutures after 24 hours, compared to 32.6% with traditional sutures. They also tested the stitches on rats, where they found that after 10 days, the electrical sutures had closed the wounds by 96.5%, compared to 60.4% with traditional sutures. The results showed a significant acceleration of wound healing with the electrical stitches, with faster closure rates and reduced scar tissue.
Infection Rates and Bioabsorbable Materials
The researchers also tested the infection rates of the electrical and traditional sutures on rats. They found that the rats treated with electrical sutures showed significantly lower levels of bacteria than those with regular stitches, regardless of whether the wound was disinfected daily or not. This suggests that the electrical stitches may have antimicrobial properties, reducing the risk of infection and promoting a healthier healing environment. Additionally, the electrical stitches are made of bioabsorbable materials, which means they can safely degrade in the body, eliminating the need for surgical removal and reducing the risk of complications.
The Future of Wound Care
While there is still much work to be done before the electrical stitches can be tested in humans, this breakthrough has the potential to revolutionize wound care. The ability to harness the power of electricity to accelerate wound healing could lead to faster, safer, and more effective treatment options for patients. As the researchers continue to refine their technology, we can expect to see significant advancements in the field of wound care in the years to come, including the potential for minimally invasive procedures, reduced scarring, and improved patient outcomes.
Conclusion
The development of electrical stitches that generate an electric charge when stretched is a game-changer in the field of wound care. By harnessing the power of electricity to accelerate wound healing, these stitches have the potential to revolutionize the way we treat wounds and improve patient outcomes. As we move forward, it will be exciting to see how this technology evolves and the impact it has on the lives of patients around the world. With the potential to reduce healing times, improve wound closure rates, and reduce the risk of infection, electrical stitches could become a new standard in wound care, changing the face of medical treatment forever.

Data Access and Usage
The DOJ has asked for remedies to mandate sharing of Google's search index, data, algorithms, and AI models. This would allow competitors to access the same data and technologies that Google uses to power its search engine, leveling the playing field.
The proposal also seeks to require transparency in search results, features, and ad ranking signals, prohibiting Google from using non-transparent methods to favor its own search engine. Additionally, the proposal recommends prohibiting Google from leveraging non-shareable data due to privacy concerns, and implementing measures to reduce rivals' costs for data indexing and retention.
Extending Search Monopoly
The proposal aims to limit Google's ability to use contracts to undermine rivals' access to web content, allowing publisher websites to opt out of AI training or appearing in Google-owned AI products such as AI summaries. This would prevent Google from using its dominant position to restrict access to content and limit the ability of competitors to innovate.
Advertising Practices
The DOJ has proposed scaling back or restructuring Google's advanced advertising products, including AI-driven tools. This would reduce Google's ability to use its dominant position in search to favor its own advertising products over those of competitors. The proposal also suggests exploring options for licensing Google's ad feed separately from search results, increasing transparency for advertisers, and providing detailed auction and monetization data.
Google's Response
Google responded to the proposal in a blog post, calling it "radical and sweeping" and warning of potential "negative unintended consequences for American innovation and America's consumers." The company argued that the remedy is "far-reaching" and "goes a mile wide and an inch deep," and that it would hinder innovation and competition. Google claimed that the remedy would lead to a loss of innovation and competition, and that it would ultimately harm American consumers.
Analyst Reaction
Analysts at Bernstein cautioned that the remedy is "far-reaching" and "goes a mile wide and an inch deep." They warned that the last thing Google needs right nOW is to have its hands tied by regulators, particularly in the broader AI battle. The analysts noted that the remedy could have unintended consequences, such as reduced innovation and competition, and potential negative impacts on American consumers.
Implications

TikTok's use of casino-like virtual currency to allegedly exploit children faces scrutiny in DC lawsuit
#tiktok #lawsuit #socialmedia #virtualcurrency #newsonleo #technology
TikTok's Virtual Currency and Financial Transactions
TikTok's virtual currency, TikTok coins, allows users to purchase and trade digital tokens with real money.
This feature is integrated into the app's livestreaming tool, which enables users to buy and use virtual tokens to support their favorite creators. The tokens can be used to purchase digital "gifts" that can be exchanged for real money, with TikTok taking a 50% commission on these transactions.
Age-Verification Tools and Financial Exploitation
The lawsuit alleges that TikTok's weak age-verification tools make it easy for children to bypass these checks and conduct financial transactions without adult supervision. This is a serious concern, as children are often not able to understand the implications of their financial actions and may be more susceptible to exploitation.
Laws and Regulations
Federal and state laws are in place to protect children from financial harms, as they are "too inexperienced to know any better." These laws aim to prevent companies from exploiting children's financial naivety and to ensure that children are not exposed to financial risks that they are not equipped to handle.
TikTok's Response and Allegations
TikTok has declined to comment on the lawsuit, but has stated that it disagrees with the AG's claims and believes that many of the allegations are "inaccurate and misleading." However, the company's response has been criticized for not directly addressing the allegations and failing to provide evidence to support its claims.
Expert Insights
Experts have weighed in on the situation, with some arguing that TikTok's use of digital currencies is a common practice in the video game industry and that it is not necessarily exploitative. However, others have argued that the video game industry's approach to digital currencies can be problematic, as it often uses tactics like making digital currencies look "pretty and joyful and kind of innocent looking" to avoid detection.
Gabriel Robins, a professor of computer science at the University of Virginia, has served as an expert witness in several tech-related patent lawsuits. He has argued that companies like TikTok need to be more transparent about their financial practices and that they need to take steps to prevent children from being exploited.
Implications for Social media Companies
The D.C. TikTok lawsuit may have significant implications for other social media companies, which are also courting online creators and social media users to produce content and monetize their influence. The lawsuit may compel other platform companies to reconsider how they define and regulate economic transactions, particularly when it comes to children's financial safety.
Regulatory Environment
The regulatory environment for social media companies is rapidly evolving, with increased scrutiny over their handling of children's data and their influence on young users' mental health. The D.C. TikTok lawsuit is just one example of this trend, and it is likely that we will see more lawsuits and regulatory actions in the coming months and years.
Parental Responsibility
The lawsuit also raises questions about parental responsibility and whether parents are doing enough to protect their children from financial exploitation on social media platforms. Many parents are not aware of the financial practices used by social media companies, and they may not be equipped to teach their children about financial literacy and online safety.
TikTok's Response to Criticism
TikTok has faced criticism in the past for its handling of children's data and its influence on young users' mental health. The company has responded to these criticisms by implementing various measures to protect children's data and to promote online safety.
However, the company's response to the current lawsuit has been criticized for being insufficient, and it remains to be seen whether TikTok will take more concrete steps to address the concerns raised by the AG's office.
Conclusion

Crypto Clash: Texas Residents Sue Marathon Digital Over ‘Unbearable’ Bitcoin Mining Noise
A group of more than two dozen residents from Granbury, Texas, has filed a lawsuit against Marathon Digital Holdings, a major crypto miner firm, citing the excessive noise and vibrations from its local Bitcoin mining facility.
#newsonleo #bitcoin #technology #mining #texas
A group of residents in Hood County, Texas, has filed a lawsuit against Marathon digital, a cryptocurrency mining company, alleging that the persistent noise from its operations has caused significant disruptions to their daily lives and resulted in severe health impacts.

According to Amazon, drivers using VAPR have been able to reduce delivery times from two to five minutes per stop to under a minute. The company plans to roll out the technology to 1,000 of its electric Rivian vans by early 2025.
Impact on Delivery Operations
The introduction of VAPR is expected to have a significant impact on Amazon's delivery operations. By streamlining package retrieval, the company can reduce delivery times, increase efficiency, and improve the overall customer experience. The technology also has the potential to reduce costs and improve driver productivity.
Benefits for Drivers and Customers
The VAPR system offers numerous benefits for both drivers and customers. For drivers, the technology reduces the time spent searching for packages, allowing them to focus on delivering packages more efficiently. For customers, the technology ensures that packages are delivered more quickly and accurately, providing a better overall experience.
Conclusion
Amazon's VAPR system represents a significant innovation in package retrieval technology, with the potential to revolutionize the delivery industry. By leveraging AI-powered vision-based technology, the company is able to provide a more efficient and effective delivery experience for customers. As the technology is rolled out to more vehicles, it will be interesting to see the impact it has on Amazon's delivery operations and the industry as a whole. With its potential to reduce delivery times, increase efficiency, and improve the customer experience, VAPR is poised to become a game-changer in the delivery industry.

Microsoft warns about error in Word that deletes files and provides solutions
The failure generated concern among platform users, leading the technology giant to acknowledge the problem and offer temporary guidance to prevent data loss.
#newsonleo #microsoft #technology
A problem identified in Microsoft Word has caused files to be automatically deleted after they are saved, the company itself reported in early October. The failure generated concern among platform users, leading the technology giant to recognize the problem and offer temporary guidance to prevent data loss.
According to the PCWorld website, Microsoft explained that, to avoid the error, users should avoid including the “.DOCX” extension in the file name when saving them, or using the “#” symbol in the document name. The company also recommends that users prioritize saving files directly to the cloud, as a preventive measure against automatic deletion.
However, so far, Microsoft has not provided an estimate of when a definitive update will be released to correct the error in the most used word processing software in the world.

Say Goodbye to Websites: AI Agents Take Over #lionsden #highlights #ai
by @mightpossiblyTranscript

I agree. If we are not paying attention to these trends, we will be left behind.

If we wrote links in public threads they won't appear on the feed. Do Sub-only threads have the same limitation? #inleo #subscriptions #cent
