INLEO can only go as far as their "base" AI tool allows... For example, it's being trained right now with the same biases "Llama" has. As long as LeoAI uses Llama as a base, it can never surpass Llama by far.
The most popular TG mini-apps have tens of millions of users. So yes, that's where people are. The Open Network has them all on a plate and that's web3 as well.
In order to grow, it might be a good idea look outside the Hive bubble.

Yeah, I think so too. That we're gonna see an increase in user numbers when the HIVE price goes up. If they don't come back, then I think there's something wrong in the Hive itself and it needs to develop.
So pretty much the same mechanism as on Hive. Today I heard about the Grill app which is on the Polkadot chain. Same thing - stake and use the app. They all work the same, just like on Hive, you need to stake the native asset and you are good to go.
Step 1: Make your TOS too long for people to read.
Step 2: Put every shield possible for when you want to use people's data for your projects without asking for permission. (You already got it in Step 1.)
Probably not at the start, but INLEO is promised to have a lot of specialized features that depends on real-time data from HIVE... Compared to ChatGPT that doesn't deal with real-time data, it's an advantage!

The moment I started looking at it from data perspective, anything I put on HIVE/INLEO started to feel like an investment, that the rewards I get started feeling like a bonus rather than the main thing.
The problem is not that we don't want crypto people here, it's that most crypto people don't have the dedication to stay on a platform for the long time they need to start earning good amount on it.
Another thing: People who are on Crypto for a long time are trained to eat as much as they can from a project until it dies! I can't even say it's their fault. Most of the projects die in a few months. The fact Steem/HIVE lasted until today is an exception, not the rule!
People often misunderstand the idea of TG apps, it's a marketing strategy, a gateway: incentive a little, attract users to the actual product. Ultimate gamified strategy. TG has it all: ready to go users, integrated web3 wallets.
Every single company I know in my country, that has online presence has its main presence on Facebook. It's almost scary in my opinion, because when Facebook is down, a lot of "work" in my country stops.
Another chain that is making it easy for newbies, web2 people, to onboard web3 is Solana. Their wallets and apps are spot on, easy to use while the chain is super fast and fees are cheap.
I'm not too worried about HIVE other interfaces, they have their own roadmaps, and if they want to compete, they have enough resources to find their way.

Nah, if I remember correctly, you need to stake 5k Bulb($3-4) and then you get energy points that'll allow you to post, comment, etc.

TG is actually crypto friendly sucking web2 people into web3 each day and TON is doing more onboarding web2 users to web3 than any other chain.

Another chain that is making it easy for newbies, web2 people, to onboard web3 is Solana. Their wallets and apps are spot on, easy to use while the chain is super fast and fees are cheap.
