You should download the video and use on of the automated programs to break it up into shorts and post them throughout the week.
The AI program I have access to already allows videos up to 4 hours long. It's called Munch. This is the first time I am trying it so we will see how the clips/shorts turn out.
The question is how many shorts it will allow downloaded per day. Either way, if you can do a number per day, that would help.
