We go to bed around 10:00 every night. I've been getting up at 4:30 so I can fit in some exercise. Just started that this week. I couldn't think of any other way to fit it in to my day.
yeah i think there are some studies nowadays that say that. But I have always had a tv in the room since I was a child. So I got super used to that "white noise" and I prefer to fall asleep with it. It is more difficult for me to fall asleep in silence, also, because I am an overthinker. So, the silence and the being static in bed get my brain going too fast instead of trying to switch off
I don't have a tv in my bedroom, the ones that exist in my house is in the living room collecting dust, nobody watches tv here haha. I just work on the laptop until I'm tired and go to sleep. I do use my phone tho, I have a forum for roleplaying and just drop my part of the story before sleeping
