I have difficulties with them. The post office seems to have worked some things out but they used to be terrible. FedEx Freight is worse than the regularly terrible FedEx.

I agree Splinterlands is in some negative spiral. Although I think te main idea is still good, just the way they handled stuff isn't how I would have done it..
