One huge problem I notice is after the initial support (engagement/vote), their next contents are simply lost in the sea contents on Hive. And with zero audience, support of all forms - especially engagement is all but gone.
I have worked with a few newbies and up to 50% complained that nobody sees them, zero visibility leading to poor or no engagement.
So maybe we could create a system that lets newbies remain visible for some sustained period after onboarding. If its a tag, or a page or whatsoever method. Then it would be easy to have a place exclusively for newbie content in first 7 days for example. I would like to stay ENGAGED with their content. Other lions could be encouraged to do same, and these newbies would see that this place cares about them.
