Actually, the last few weekends proved how much shit people talk. Josh Allen, Lamar Jackson, Tua and a few other QB's sucked balls but DAK gets slammed because he's a Cowboy. So I can live with my QB because honestly there won't be anyone on the market that comes close to DAK or better yet the Cowboys are lucky they don't have Daniel Jones as their QB. Hopefully the Cowboys don't pass up the opportunity to sign Saquon.

Sorry, looks like my reply didn't go through. You don't need to go to Hive Engine to do it. If you have Keychain extension on your browser (or you have it on mobile), find the Swaps (or Swap Tokens), click on it, and then do your swapping.

I think that's great, I personally feel most proud when I acknowledge my efforts to myself and feel and see the positive changes :) I'm currently diving into a world of information in terms of protein deficiency, which I had no clue I had until the scale kept telling me so. Reading up, it makes perfect sense honestly and now I wonder how long this was the case and what the best approach for me is to do something about it.
So much info, it's making my head buzz, but I'll figure it out :)

Now I'm a bit curious... when you say protein deficiency, do you mean in terms of nutrition (i.e. not putting enough protein in your diet) or protein deficiency in your bloodwork? If it's in bloodwork, that's a completely different story and should warrant investigation.
I used these words after reading they call it that, but I'm not referring to bloodwork done, only what my smart scale constantly points out in the charts. I didn't notice this before, as I was focussed on the cardiac level index (is that the correct name?) and seeing muscle etc change but I totally overlooked this protein chart.
Apparently it's been too low for all this time.. I called it that as this is how I read it online when looking for more info about low protein .. I have no clue if this means that it's something in my bloodwork that needs attention, I will just focus on trying to get it to a better level myself first and take it from there.
It makes sense to me though looking at the signs and knowing which food I rarely ate I can see how these levels have dropped too low for a longer period.. Let's see if the scale says otherwise once I'm aware of the protein intake and if it rises.. I'm hoping I don't need more investigation as my private insurance is an absolute nightmare to deal with lol.
Absolutely! Different types of exercise have tremendous and extensive benefits to lifelong health, especially when done regularly and consistently. As long you're able to keep a routine that you create it's the right one for you. Adjust it as needed so that you can continue. Great job on taking the reigns. 💪

In the wallet icon on top, you have Deposit and Withdraw buttons.
That's where I was screwing up. I was trying to "send" when I should have been doing "withdraw."

You can even swap it directly to HBD.
I couldn't figure out how to do that on Hive Engine.
You can also do it on Keychain mobile.
