I understand these new science ideas put forth of deliberate cold exposure to build the layer of brown fat which in turn makes us more able to stand the cold. I understand and get it. But... I still hate the cold.
lol, cold can be unbearable, so yeah, the logic is there, but we still get to dislike it, it can be so unpleasant.
What gets me is bathing when it’s cold. I come out shivering 🥶 like a wet cat.
