Support the 'little guys' for sure! We need to keep people engaged and feeling valued. I don't think that happens on Hive's first layer, I still think the apps are what takes Hive to another level.
I think supporting the little guys to keep them coming back is the most important out of these. Other than that, we'll just keep doing what we've always being doing!
Decent Dapps with decent structure fixes this problem. Most dapps just focus on development, they do not care about the user experience of their dapps or getting more people to use it.
To that i say the HDF exist. Dapps should recruit a small team of efficient people. Define their goals and aim for it. Easier said than don but we are not a VC-backed chain. There isn't enough resources to recruit the type of talent we need but we can work with what we have. For now, there are only a handful of dapps that have outreach programs. That is unacceptable for a chain that really wants to grow.
