That would be enough for sure. That's basically the same as any of the EVM chains these days. I can do all that without having to write any code using various platforms.
If I may request, please make more documentation, videos and toolset related content so that newbie developers can learn how to create the smart contract and dApps with it.. so that we can have marketplace like Base chain, optimism chain who have smart contracts.
