I've been using my Resource Credits to stack Account Creation Tokens

Might you offer me a wee SOP on how to do that? I am in great need of doing the same. It is time for me to ask for help. Help! 🛟

We got our first snow in Washington State.
Did we beat you Nutmeggers? 🌨

Yes ma’am! No snow yet here… though it’s starting to get quite chilly

I’ve been lookin through some apps over the last 10min or so to see where I enabled the “auto account creation token claim” setting. I feel like it may have been @waivio, but I’m unable to find that setting at the moment to send you. Perhaps @grampo can chime in. Though it may have been a different service, I just can’t think of it or find it at the moment. You can always claim account creation tokens manually by going to your wallet on PeakD as seen in the attached photo, but be weary of your Resource Credits!

Wave Media

We might include that functionality into the wallets on Waivio at some point, but we don’t have RC management tools yet.

I have a ton stacking. Not sure what I will do with them but at least it is decentralizing the creation token ownership.

To me every token on Hive Blockchain is important, it may not have greater value today but the time is coming it will worth investing. Leo token wasn't like this before but today, everyone wants to invest in Leo

I thought there might be a secondary market for these, but at this point I'm just preparing to create a bunch of accounts for people I onboard.

I took advantage of my city's local holiday to write a #splinterlands post and take a swim in the pool with my children. With a little calm you can do everything in due time. #mydiary #hive

Excellent friend, sharing with your children and family is very important, we should never stop doing it, although, if you also take time to talk about "Splinterlands", great, I'll be curating later.

Family is everything to me, they are my most precious asset <3. Thank you for all the support, a big hug.

Thus, it is the only asset that can never be replaced, admirable friend, many successes.

Thank you very much, success for you too!

You can't have all the time you might want but what is most important is how you maximize the little opportunity you have. it's good to know how you have utility that holiday on Hive business

I agree with you, there are some sayings from entrepreneurs that talk exactly about this, everyone has 24 hours in a day, some know how to make the most of it better than others and I totally agree with that! Thanks, a hug!

yeah, that's what we do most times, we take advantage of any thing going on around us and right meaningful content with them, a content creator is always alert, so you did the right thing.

I liked this phrase and I completely agree, a content creator is always on alert, everything around him can become something creative! Thanks for the comment my friend!

Awesome that you carved out time to bond with family. It is a priceless gift to them and it means a lot. Happy holidays!

Family is our greatest treasure, I love them so much! Thank you for these serene words.

Facts just gotta chill and have a bit of a plan and you'll make lots happen all while enjoying the day

This is true, good plans and planning make the day pay off. A hug.

That greeny place you see over there is actually a gym. Took pictures of it earlier today

#mydiary #photography

Are you serious about this, but there are no gym equipment, is it gym center or somewhat refreshing point

😂😂😂. I think those guys Carry it to the houses. Don't worry I'll check on the later in the day. When they are around, I'll take a snapshot

what!! It doesn't seem like that, am even looking for possibly a gym house where I can work out and exercise more to reach my desired body shape, and be more strength. But my question is, does it have any side effects.

From friends, I heard it has no side effects. I'm not sure of this though.

Wow, it still looks neat and tidy. Is it on the beach? Training there must be very good, not only because of how nice the place looks, but it's harder for curious people to be around looking to see us in action. :)

😂😂😂..

It's not on the beach. It's in my neighborhood

That last line is funny though

WOw it looks really cool. It has been a while since I last go to the gym. I now have a busy schedule, but one of this days I will make out time to go to the gyms

Do We Need To Keep People In Web3?

Behind The Bags

#Threadcast

Add your take, comment, and ask questions!

As for me, I stay in Web3 for many reasons: the culture is friendly, monetization, numerous micro opportunities that could potentially grow big, alternative system, and content too in general is great. And if I may add another, it's fun.

web3 people are more exposed to technology than web2, and decentralization and transparency plays a vital role on this.

Understanding Web3 is challenging. Not sure about the relationship between marketing and education. How will people stay in something they don't appreciate?

If people will understand the technology aspect of Web3 and the kind of power and opportunity it provides, I think people will be hooked on it.

So basically, the web3 product need to look like what people already know. Then they need to be easy to use and learn. Then if there are rewards for using this web3 product, that makes it much more unique than web2. These make people stay.

This is the music I love about this show 🤣 I love bread ooo, I should purchase one this morning

NFTs as you mentioned, is one the beauty of blockchain gaming, you earn it for free without paying a dime for that but just by playing the games. I have earned a lot of #splinterlands nfts and I know a lot of users here too can testify to..

to how sweet it is in earning those NFTs, what you need to do is get your sign up capital and you are good to go. We should also know that some blockchain games are free to play and earn and does not require any registration capital.

The aspect where 90 percent of users are not aware of the web3 aspect gives users in Web3 a upper hand to getting to write contents givgiving daily feed and so.

A Web3 football game could revolutionize the gaming industry, appealing to football fans with blockchain-based player ownership and transparency.as a fan it will be a go.

There are already blockchain and Web 3 based games, one is on the ETH sorare network is its name, and the other is GLX here at Hive, led by part of the Splinterlands team.

Hmmm, this sounds pretty cool, I have never come across a football game on any blockchain platform yet, and having such a game on the hive blockchain will be a great way of marketing Hive because we have a lot of football fans out there ...

that love playing football games too, this would have been the best way of onboarding active and vibrant users with no doubt, well, let's see what the feature holds as we are advancing in this technological world.

How are you making the economy of the game self sustainable? Many games in #web3 ecosystem are not good balancing their economies, How are you different from the rest?

I love Edwin for giving Threads a shoutout in Space

Having a great community will go a long in keeping people on web 3. I do know how a few people that are only active on hive because of the #inleo community and that is what a good community can do.

I could not agree more. Apart from the incentives, the community also makes us stay. The fun experience adds to that.

Exactly, I know how many times I've felt like just not doing anything but then the community members won't just let me 😂

Haha, that's a good problem, HP :) Means we cannot go a day without Hiving

That's right, even if I don't create a content I must reply or make a comment 🥰

Bread's success at a young age can be a source of inspiration for other users, demonstrating that achievement knows no age boundaries. This will encourages them to pursue their passions and dreams with dedication and enthusiasm.

Breads being 28 by December is interesting. At first when I tried guessing it guessed like 35 yrs

Gaimin is so smooth with that peach. Haha. I can't tell if he's serious or being sarcastic though. Haha

Bread just confirmed that he's 28 years old. Haha. The space is going wild and my ribs are in stitches 😂.

Web3 gaming represents a thrilling convergence of blockchain technology and interactive entertainment, offering players ownership, transparency, and exciting new possibilities in virtual worlds. I personally want to engage in it.

Ho yeah @phygital is making every good sense on the gaming aspect where people can have fun and play games with one another online. This will keep people on web3 because they have something to hold onto.

That's really nice, gaming helps to really keep people here on web 3 and so many other things as well, just like we have the ongoing hive zealy quest, I believe that will help keep people to an extent.

Remaining in Web3 is a catalyst for groundbreaking innovations and the emergence of decentralized technologies and applications. So i think this a choice for individual to live in the 90s or fly to the future.

To Retain users in web3 we need to engage with this people to make the platform enjoyable for them. We also need to help them understand that web3 offer not just monetary gains but also expose them to amazing communities of active users.

In all, new users would stay on web3 for value and not necessarily for money. many are scared the moment they hear "money" online because they've been scamed time and again. They would rather be where they can find joy and connect/learn.

Yeah, one thing we should understand most is that the scammers are everywhere in every online activity we can talk about and for that reason, we need to take our time to make our own research before investing in such a platform, especially

Especially, if it involves cryptocurrencies, buying and selling cryptos, I have been a victim of what I am saying and for that matter, I advice we DYOR before investing into any web3 platform. But then Hive is the way with no doubt.

I honestly don't want to think we are experiencing bull run already, for so many reasons , I think it's not the bullish yet.

Man, I so hate it when my replies just disappear right in front of me when they are underway. Is there a timer or something? I was just on fire trying to reply someone.

It's not onl you, man. My replies often disappear when I am typing for too long.

Now I get it Edwin. I've always wondered how you got that voice. Just knew you had something do to with studio stuffs. The voice isn't just for mere talking it's Web3 voice 😂

woah edwin I got goosebumps

It is a great passage, I love performing Lord of the Rings.

I could listen to that amazing voice all day.

The babe is blushing on edwins voice, edwiedwin please me too i want tto hear the subtitle ohh

Lol it's been a bit of a crazy show :)

Haha thought as much

This is such a wonderful show that cut across why people should be in web 3, do we need them and function of people in web 3, I've been impacted with huge knowledge.

adoptedI'll be saying my Farewell here, it's been an exciting show, but man iis feeling dizzy. See you soon.

Really appreciate.

You are welcome 😊.

This is where Wallet Guard comes in, security is the number one priority of every user participating in web3. I made a post about wallet guard and how efficient it has been over the year and has reduced the high risk of scams.

I need to go see your post.

Wallet Guard or something similar is vital, absolutely vital for security of your wallets and security on web3!

I saw it a couple of weeks ago on the Grill spaces. It's a must, good call.

Feel free to leave a comment on the post. Thanks a lot mate.

Do you have a link?

Everyone have their expectations coming to Web 3. Before I joined Web 3, I thought join it was just about money alone but now making money is even the last thing i think about this is because there are so many things to learn on web 3.

Hmmm are you sure

Yeah, this is a fact, our perception about web3 was just blogging to earn for free, but then I can boldly say that web3 got much better opportunities than that, since I joined here I have really discovered new things like blockchain gaming.

I agree with kloss. We need more maturity on the crypto space in general. A lot of it can be solved by increasing the crypto education. But then it'll need to be in a way whereby it doesn't even feel stressful (which isn't easy)

Definitely! Having some lowers stakes spaces to learn and experiment in is important so people don't have to make painfully expensive mistakes.

I agree

Its not enough to just think about bringing new people into web3 its also necessary to consider a way to make everything as simple as possible for better retention Perhaps our biggest obstacle lies in the difficulty that beginners will face

I agree with Ryan a good example of people in web3 is you and I who are on this space. We wouldn't be here if we weren't interested in web3 we wouldn't be here.

Would not be here at half past one in the morning if not get to get some HBD moneyyy

😂😂😂 True though. But that's part of web 3

Hahaha, this is hilarious but it's not just about the money right?

speak for yourself! I would not be listening to this live at 2am if I did not have to! lol

Hahaha, I am speaking for myself oo

Learning from web3 with the support of web2. It's called leveraging resources in the best way. I keep saying that one is important to the other.

yeah we need to leverage resources. And we need to make use of web2 to ease the transition into web3. If we don't it won't be so easy.

Responding to the question on the space, I would say yes, we need to keep people in web3.

Community is very important in the web3 platform and how can there be a strong community when the users are not retained?

I don't think holding people back is the right thing to do, community should be a totally organic thing I think there should be a balance and motivation for users to sign up part of web 2 but more interested in web 3.

Communities make something and web 3 is no different. We are lucky Hive has a great community and that is why we are here.

The community retains us and we grow the community and it is a win win circle!

That's true, Hive is just a beautiful space that finds ways to retain users and I think that's why we are still active here.

No community then unless you are making you are gone... exactly

We need a community chat system in the web3 platforms like Hive. Now we have to use third party web2 app like discord, telegram to create community chat group. If we get a chat group on web3 platform then we can onboard more people here.

People don't use the chat feature on Hive

It would be great if we get the feature.

Yes it is on PeakD

Not enjoying this show today, the reception is quite very poor. I'm yet to know if it's only on my end.

It is good for me.

Most of Our friends active in web2 don't give a damn about scalability, decentralization or Interoperability. They just need a platform to get connected with others online. We should take note of thstthat when promoting our web3 projects

Exactly and that is what so many web3 maxis forget. As soon as someone shows interest in web3 and you mention scalability or decentralization to them and then they run a fluffing mile!

Many people who are new to web3 need consistent guidance. Without this, some people may find web3 things a bit overwhelming and decide to back down; which is a typical trait of many people who find web3 on their own.

That's very true. Not many people are willing to go through the loops on their own which is understandable especially if it's very new to them. One needs to have enough curiosity to explore or at least ask questions from others.

I've been educating people for a few years and it is difficult, but possible, people need a safe space where they can create, expand their knowledge, and understand everything without the fear of being ashamed for asking questions.

#web3 is not just "being in crypto..."

Web3 is taking OWNERSHIP of your PERMISSIONLESS account/wallet.

Then being able to use it when, how and where you please.

This! Most of us don't really know what Web 3 is.

We're in a #web3 influencer's space hahaha

This is what I really like about Web 3, the ownership I have of my account or wallet, the immutability of the data and without any intermediary, this is a BIG difference with Web 2.

Honestly, the digital identity is the most beautiful thing about web3, one does not have to be worried about losing their account or database, no one to still your username as well haha.

That's something people tend to forget and shouldn't, crypto or not crypto related, we should own our content, and we only own it in web3, so, yes, it has to be a priority so people don't get to lose themselves on web2. They have to stay.

Focusing on #web3 gaming is a great idea, take a look at games as #Splinterlands or #RisingStar. They have strong communities and they bring value to web3.

Scams are inevitable; the best thing to do is to try to raise awareness as much as possible so that people stay vigilant and don't fall into traps. Safe navigation and wallet management are other effective ways to deal with this.

I would also add documentation, and keep up to date with the latest methods to protect yourself. If there are new tools, you have to give them a chance and spend the time to learn how to handle them.

Yes that's about it. In the long run educating people about how these scams are done can go a long way to help prevent them from getting scammed.

The scam is everywhere, on web 2 and web3 so it's just inevitable, that's why it's important to store their keys very well and offline preferably and then avoid clicking on any unverified links you find on the chain.

Gary made a strong point earlier on about not needing to retain users but show them better experience ,people come to Web3 with different reasons and individual expectations so they actually staying depends on their experience n Web3

He made sense there. I think not many stay if the experience is sh^tty. That's also the reason why platforms need to continually add features to enhance and provide a better user experience.

Retaining the users we onboarded is also a priority. When people come, they need to find value here and when they do, they are likely going to stay here. But if they dont find value, they might just leave.

Exactly. When people feel they belong and they are valued, they will stick around. As they enjoy their experiences, they will most likely support the community and the project.

That is right. So a good web3 product and the right community around it would make people want to stay, and not look like they are being forced to stay.

Yes. The right combo if I may say so :) These days, people value experiences too, not only the monetary aspect of things.

So correct. User exeperience is almost a whole sector on its own. Constantly improved and refined. If i enjoy using a product first time, then the user experience made a great first impression. I will definitely come back. Same in web3.

Web3.0 is the utilmate goal for every user in the Web2.0 platforms. I'm not suggesting that they entirely leave their beds but they should be able to compare the difference between these two. Keeping them in the Web3.0 with FEARTURES.

Web3 is the future and we are already seeing the powers it holds. As a web3 participant, I have spread the word of web3 to the general public and I will keep doing so to get a lot of people on the platform and bring them to web3.

I agree with the last speaker. Once we get past the technical things about Web 3, people can use the Blockchain without having to know what it is. This would mean layer 1s become great.

Well turning up to tune into a Space, that won't talk about the questions that are aired and asked by the Hivians in this threadcast tht accompanies the Spaces about web 2 and web3 proves we are web3

Please, where can I buy Edwin's voice? I need to test something.

🤣🤣🤣 its natural don't kill yourself

His voice is so amazing.

make I just dey then

Lolzzz i swear

Keeping the community united is crucial! Supporting those who are thinking about leaving, especially after negative experiences, is essential. Together, we can overcome challenges and learn from each other in this space.

I didn't really understand what spaces are about. The question is this, do we need to keep people on web3? or how to do this? I didn't understand the idea...

Got here first?! 😃 Hello Breads!

I'm here, good to be jumping on this too.

It's another bread day for y'all. Let's go.

Lets gooo!

now that it has been better explained it makes more sense! It's a really confusing question with many different answers, like most people ask in an area under construction. I think we will have very different opinions on spaces

Yes, I was also confused, but now the subject is much clearer, but the important thing about these spaces is that we can debate and understand each other and provide valuable opinions on the subject.

Certainly. It's a shame that spaces always fall at the beginning..lol

!BBH

@lenonmc21! Your Content Is Awesome so I just sent 1 $BBH (Bitcoin Backed Hive) to your account on behalf of @splinter100dedos. (1/5)

I also got a bit confused, and then I understood. What I have to say about it is that it is valid to be able to build on web 3 and be at the same time interacting on web 2, both are well related in terms of community and building.

I believe we are in a transition process, so for a while it will be necessary for some projects to be on web2 even if they benefit more from web3

!BBH

@roadstories! Your Content Is Awesome so I just sent 1 $BBH (Bitcoin Backed Hive) to your account on behalf of @splinter100dedos. (2/5)

Yo!! I am here.

Welcome my friend!

Thank you so much.

I'mm here too

We have to do marketing on Web2 about our Web3 platform to enrich our community. We can adopt more people by doing this.

I agree. Web 2 is necessary to capture more people and bring them to web3. For me they go hand in hand.

That's why we are in the space.

Yeah, I think that's what the space is all. about, talking about how to create traffic on web3 using web2 to achieve this mission.

That's why we need to be active on X to achieve this.

Strongly agreed

' yo yo yo its another night with breads

I must be honest, the topic look's a bit tricky and I just want to listen and learn to get the perspective the topic is from

would also love to hear your perspective

Think about it slowly it will sink in. An easy thought is whats the benefit of web 2 and 3 whats the catch

Again, web 2 & 3 are different and cater to different groups and interests. They are not the same and do not serve the same purpose.

Also, there is nothing wrong when both interact. You can use both spaces.

It is true that they are aimed at different audiences, although many of us are in both with defined purposes. And we can achieve this with education and a willingness to learn. That would put us in an advantageous position.

Yes, they're too different, we can use same terms to define them, but still they mean different things. The existence of one doesn't make the other one bad, both have good and bad things, like humans, and that's okay.

People have every right to build projects and communities within both without it being seen as a bad thing. One feeds the other in a sense.

I agree. They are not worlds apart like people like to claim. It's just different technology serving different purposes.

Yes you are eight. One need to know about blockchain and other technologies to operate web3. So They can perform much better on web2 with their skills.

wow I never knew twitter has opted their game into rewarding for engagement if you're a premium member on there, hmm i think am gonna do more research on them, no wonder they changed their name to X. stole hive style 😒

New week with @breads as our humble host again, The last couple of weeks with you as been great so far, I have learnt quite a lot of things from every session with you on space, I also appreciate all the past speakers so far, I LOVE YOU ALL

Greetings everyone, its good to be here and I'm looking forward to an amazing show.

That was hilarious! 😂

Web2 have more users unlike Web3, so it's important for Web3 to find a way to bring them over to help grow the community.

That. That is why I insist that our immediate and future community is on the web2. It is necessary and useful for the growth of the web3.

I might be wrong but companies and businesses are not community-specific. They are more user/customer force. They have products they want to sell. So the question is: what are Web 3 companies selling?

The question itself seem to have a simple answer already, we need people for all the reasons people are needed to make a project work. But more expatiation and getting different takes on what we all think about the topic is needed.

Good morning from here. I am happy I could be awake to join this show. Let's learn.

Why we need more people in web 3 is to To increase influence of the chain in the web 2 and to also attract more people to come onboard via there connection to those people who're already in web 3.

To achieve this, it is necessary to avoid creating barriers or rocks that make it seem that it does not look good to be in web 3 and discredit web 2 and the opposite. I think we have to unite and work together.

Exactly, I think that's a very good point, if we have no influence on the web2 how would they know about us? Advertising has to be done where there is the biggest audience, you are right in what you just mentioned.

We are engaging in threadcast about the space. I wish Breads would realize that it is far better Repost, like, comment on X. Although I am enjoying the space already.

I'm here!

Thanks sir. We want you to read our threads.

Oh here we go again ..web3 all about nfts

GaImin is starting this convo with a hot take. While we do a lot of marketing and promo on Web2, it's important to note that a project that runs on web3 for example also needs a vibrant Web3 Community members.

Yes it is true, although I think it is something that has to be taken by hand, at least until web 3 can have such a big network (Hive), that can connect all the dapps and make promotions on it, without web 2.

Exactly. We need to explore the web2 option for promo and onboarding.

Good evening fromfrom Cuba 🇨🇺

Being in Web 3 means using the technology--bllckchain, nfts, tokens, defi etc this is what it means to be in Web 3.

Thanks to the behind the bags, I have come to understand the importance of marketing, the connection between web2 and web3, the importance of customers, NFT market and lastly the role of a customer in general, it’s been a whole lot of fun.

I too have been learning about this new world. It is very interesting. Especially the connection between web2 and web3. For me it has been very important to learn a lot in these campaigns in general.

being on web3 is being involved in some bigger way than just owning something understanding the culture or technology and following along is what makes it part and for me it may not have any nft and be on web3 bcs web3 is much more than nft

One thing am getting to understand right now is , can web 3 project survive without the people making use of it?

This is one thing we also needs to look Into, all this web 3 project needs people before they can thrive.

Well If there was even half of an NFT I think anyone could be deemed as being part of Web 3 because he owns a part of Web 3. Remember web 3 and its coins and NFTs wasn't made for whales only. Even the little buyers and holders are part.

In my own opinion. Yes, we need to keep people in Web 3.

For the success of any Web 3 platform/blockchain, retaining users should be paramount. There should be a reason for them to stay and even come back.

That's one take were we can see it and for sure we need to keep people on projects, platforms and blockchains so they can succeed. We offer a lot and they need to realize that.

Exactly. Web3 offers a lot and people need to realize this and see how they can enjoy it.

Peckypeace is on the show, live and direct.

Am I the only one? Can't hear anything anymore.

did it kick out everyone? Like, it just ended lol Lets wait for a new space

Being in web 3 means you're actively participates in activities that revolvers around web 3 such has nft, defi,. proposal, community and the likes.

I'm mine the only not hearing anything again?

Thought it was only me. I think their network is having issues.

Looks like network is bad on my end, any other person experiencing that?

This way too. It has crashed twice :( I thought it was just me.

I can't hear anything again.

space is down.. any new link?

At first we need to keep the content creator in WEB3. Because they could stay here by their oneself without any control of the central authorities. So it might be the best place for them.

I can’t hear anything anymore, I guess this is a network issue from Breads location 😂, I have said if to breads to leave Mars that the connection over there is worst lol, come back soon @breads

looks like @breads is having network issues. I can't hear anything in the space anymore.

i am guessing the bread space rugged. New link to new space?

Go to breads profile and find the new space

It is good to be here, good day everyone.

Here's the link to the new Space:

There's no network issues, it's not connecting anymore

I agree with you what makes a person be in web3 is the vibrant and inclusive culture that surrounds it. It's about being part of a community that values and collaboration decentralization In web3, we shape the future of the digital world.

I have a friend who defines Hive's web3 as an oasis, a space where she can relieve the toxic load of conventional social networks.

And I think that's beautiful.

!BBH

@justfavour! Your Content Is Awesome so I just sent 1 $BBH (Bitcoin Backed Hive) to your account on behalf of @crptogeek. (1/5)

A person involved with web 3 should always be inclusive to give a better image of this side of the world. Of course he knows all the advantages and differences it has over web 2, but he also respects the potential of both.

We are part of a community where decentralization and collaboration are valued and highly valued. We must strive for a decentralized future for the digital world. We must change things for the better.

I didn't understand the word decentralisation until I got into Hive, because sometimes we say it but we don't understand it until we experience what a decentralised platform is. You are right, it is the future.

is it my netwok or the space network, i can hadly hear things.

Thanks so much.

Well i think, hive is just unique in its own way, its sort of like your business, yahh i think thats the difference hive is your business and you're ready and willing to build it no matter what, its progress makes you feel accomplished

And that's a reason to stay: it's our business, our investment, our product. And just like in real life, we want people to come, see the good stuff, recommend us and consume the good stuff we produce. That's why we want to stay here

Yahhh exactly my point thanks for breaking it down

Everyone loves EDWINS voice, even breads love it, now you all see why we need to treasure Edwin lol, he is always making the appearance everywhere, we love you Edwin

Web 3 demands more people for diverse expertise in blockchain, decentralized apps, and cybersecurity to ensure innovation, security, and equitable participation in the decentralized internet of the future.

I think that staying in Web 3 has a great advantage: that those of us who have been around longer can become more skilled and experienced. And we will grow as we get involved with what is being done in here.

Web3 has many advantages. Newcomers like me, we learn from you who have been around longer, and through these spaces we learn from the more experienced ones. I love to experience new things.

Right. Maybe some of us have been a while without experiencing something new. Like learning a new language. Instead, we learn from the blockchain. It's worth it.

I must say Edwin has the third best voice I have ever heard. People can get easily attract with his voice. Sounds like thrilling. By the way The first and second best voice belong to TaskMaster and Eric.

Haha Eric and Task? Why 😹

I love their accent.

Nah, I prefer Task's voice

Agreed mate.

You have not heard many voices then!

I heard! But they are the best.

The only thing that can keep people to stay in Web 3 is to be actively participating on the platform because if there is no project or new thing happening, they will feel bored and leave. Being focused is the key here.

There is a new link for space i hope prople have join it?

I miss Edwin’s voice.

The matrix wants to take down the space 👀

We got rugged really hard by Twitter. Haha. Twitter has been knocking people around so hard. Who's struggling to rejoin the space? H

Here is your gateway;

Let's keep buzzing.

Keeping people in web 3 will help us onboard people much better and it'll aid the marketing aspect of the ecosystem to the general public in a swift pace.

wuuuuuu EDWIN.

I'm still wondering if I wasn't on web3 so I would be missing all these wonderful opportunities on Web3

A web 3 voice 😂

X got jealous that we discussed about Web3 and promote it in their web2 platform. So they pull down the space XD by the way, welcome back once again.

They are not so jealous as to bring down the space (I think), but they are jealous enough to put in the shadows everything that pretends to make them compentence, such as: HIVE, INLEO, SocialFi, etc.

Haha. I was kidding ser.

😀😀😀😀😀 EDWIN YOU SOUND LIKE XMEN I LOVE YOUR VOICE DASH MME.....😭😭😭

The host and the co-hosts are all funny 😄, if you sleep in this space tonight, then you are possessed by an evil spirit because this people are making it lively, gaimin said Edwin is the male version of SIRI 😂

Wow. Edwin has different voices. Hehehe.
He said, "This is my Web3 voice" 😂

That cracked me up 😂

Same here. He is funny 😆

Ho yeah that Edwin voice again. man said he has different voices, talk in another voice Edwin let me check something.

🤣🤣🤣 enemy of progress

Edwin my sister is single lol.

Hehe, he's taken

Can we have your Web3 voice too, @breads 😎

Edwin thrilling the host with his cool voice , that's noice.

hivers are making the space interesting. 🐸

Web 3 is the goal every Web 2 user should be going toward because of the power Web 3 gives to users.

There's something about Edwin, his voice is so fantastic and he keeps changing but I don't know whether he do that to confuse us

Wait are you serious that this is his real voice? How is it possible? I feel like I am watching the movie SAW VIII. Let him talk more. A machine generate voice couldn't be that much clear.

For any tourists in Aus, please don't eat a redback...

You will get fucked up.

Everyone hyping Edwin's voice. He should go and release album😤😤

With the help of CTT videos, I have been able to spread web3 and Hive across various web2 apps. I have gotten positive feedback and also brought back a hive user who was away from the platform. This is the power of active participation.

That's excellent work in my opinion, even encouraging a wayward bee to return to the hive. Well done.

Wow this is inspiring to know, I had a smile on my face when I read your testimony... I see the CTT initiative is doing even more than I know of, awesome!

The CTT initiative has been an awesome experience for me and I am more motivated to keep spreading the word about Web3

Awesome! Keep it up

Their are lot of projects on web 3 today, that without people promoting them, no one would have known about them.

Web 3 in all, need people to grow and that's why their are space event to tell people to come see what we are doing on web 3.

hahaha🤣🤣🤣🤣

No power, connection is failing, but I'm still here, loving what I get to hear and read. We do need to stay in web3, and that doesn't mean we get to step out of web2, like, we're not doing it. Both can coexist and is not a problem.

Edwin's voice already making the whole room shake 😂😂

We need to keep people in web 3 for ambassadorship, promoting the networking, keeping the culture of the chain alive and overall educating the community we've to have a prosperous ecosystem.

Keeping people in web3 should be our top priority, at the end of the day we need the people to call web3 a web3, without the people in web3, web3 won’t be web3, which means the people are very important but don't force them to stay

Good point: without forcing it. It's better to help them enjoy the benefits, showing them support, making things simple for them to integrate with the other aspects of our great ecosystem. Fortunately there are many people working for that.

Yes, Breads is right. We need to promote WEB3 in web2 platforms like facebook, X etc. to onboard more users to web3 from web2. They will realize the benefits of using web3.

We all got into web 3 one way or the other. Just like he said, I was intoruded into web 3 by a friend who made a little profit from btc. It didn't look like it's possible until I made my first BTC buy and then made a bit of profits.

  • I agree with you- those who make up web 3 are everyone who is on this space. You and I listening to this show, yes! We make up web 3. We are ready to develop, chip in whatever we have and create a new future.

We are active participants in web3 and our goals are aligned together. We want to see this community grow and add value to it, this is the way to go.

Sure way to go my fren

I believe we are in a transition process, so for a while it will be necessary for some projects to be on web2 even if they benefit more from web3

1/2

Nobody gave up their home phones as soon as cell phones came out, but today almost nobody uses them. the same with sms and messengers/whatsapp etc. this is a common transition process

Web 3, as a whole, relies on individuals to foster its growth, which is why events are organized to invite people to explore the exciting developments taking place within the Web 3 space

We don't force someone to stay on web3. I think if we can represent the facilities and the pros of web3 to them. SO they can recognize the value of the platform and staying here by themselves.

I keep saying that bringing people to web 3 is something we should all see as a job we need to do. not everyone knows about web 3 and i am sure that they will be happy if they get to know about this web 3 .

That's right, our job or part of it, is to educate people, we need a lot of education, people are afraid of the unknown and complicated, that's why our processes in web 3, should be more direct and simple for more adoption.

I totally agreed with you 😊

The things happening in Web3 is enough to attract folks to Web3. Some will come to just see what the Web3 hype is all about.

Once they get in, the experience they get in their Web3 Community will play a part in retaining them in Web3.

HYPE, that's why they will come (and for the money too) but they will stay for the community, the empathy, the user experience, so it's those pillars that we need to work on to ensure user retention in the WEB3 ecosystem.

Exactly. And the best part of this is that the community understands what's at stake and every community member is ready to make their community a very adorable place to be.

HYPE, that's why they will come (and for the money too) but they will stay for the community, the empathy, the user experience, so it's those pillars that we need to work on to ensure user retention in the WEB3 ecosystem.

The need to advertize Web 3 platforms in other Web2 platforms is important and introducing new features would make people want to come onboarded while trying to explore those features. This would keep them focused and want to stay.

My opinion is that both Web 2 and Web 3 can exist together, but with the understanding that both need each other, of course, web 3 is superior in things like ownership and immutability, but we need those masses.

To promote the culture and build a new future in web 3,it's crucial that we retain the people and foster a sense of belonging. By nurturing a supportive and inclusive community,we can encourage collaboration, knowledge sharing, and innovation

i Just landed on the threadcast, what's up Leo 🦁

Would anyone really want to get stucked in a void?
When we shed light to what's happening in Web3.0, curiosity will do its best by urging them to check out what's happening. To put curiosity then the marketing strategy should be effective.

Nothing better for marketing than web2. As long as everything is quiet on web3 nobody will know about it. That's why I see that they put the flashlight on it now and more people have arrived.

The Best community in web3 is InLeo Community.

A lot of people are yet to know about Web3 also there numerous activities and projects that are still unknown to many and this can be made possible by conscious promotion.

The space show has really helped people to grow and know more

Thanks for highlighting that!

Damn right! Not everyone knows about Web3.0 and they are so engrossed there. With consistent promotion, we can promote the Web3.0 and gradually users will creep in.

Honestly waking up early has to be the most difficult task as you’re torn between sleeping for a little while and standing up ASAP

On the other hands, the fact that we need people here', we still don't have to force them to stay, creating a level of attractive project will also keep them.

People stick to project that comes with high utilities.

Hmmm, a breads token would be great but that apart, I agree with @vickoly that we need the people for ambassadorship, promoting the networking, and also keeping the culture of the chain alive, this can be done by the only the people..

To nurture a thriving ecosystem, we must retain individuals within the Web 3 community to serve as ambassadors, uphold the chain's culture, and educate our community. These elements are crucial for the prosperity of our ecosystem eventually.

You see, I do agree that the power to Web 3 growing comes from us who are already there. We advertise Web 3 on Web 2 social sites, which helps onboard more users.

Come to think of it, is these NFTs reward on X beneficial to the cost of living in some countries, ? apart from the NFTs what other opportunities does web 2 produce at the long run ?? cause i know hive produce alot

  • Keeping people in web 3 helps us maintain the culture and traditions of the chain, it helps equip everyone with desired knowledge that'll help aid their growth and in general have an knowledgeable community.

I like how Edwin keeps making mention of the hive blockchain and Inleo. Inleo and hive are some good examples of ways In which you can reward people in communities for engagement.

The question which is "do we need to keep people in web3" the answer is yes and this can be done by providing a comfortable environment for everyone just as it is in web2, and enlightening people about web3 can help them join and remain

A few of the reasons I am sticking with Web3 platforms like our very own Hive are the strong communities that exist, juicy layer two tokens to incentivize community members. And the best of all, it all remains decentralised.

we really need to retain people on Web3 it is as important as onboarding people as well .... what's the point of onboarding if we can't really retain people
there's no need of calling it community or Web3 if people don't come to stay.

That's right we do. I think people just need to be shown how much web3 can help make their lives better literally. You do that and introduce them to their niche and I believe they will stay.

Nailed it 😊point made clear

Hello everyone
Good morning from here

This is gradually turning to a history lecture. You've gotta love it.

I believe that people need to be in Web3. Web3 has so many communities and projects which users can be part of and while at it, they get to earn some tokens.

I consider the same as well. Users have to be on Web 3. Web 3 brings a lot of opportunities, people should understand that. There are a lot of super interesting communities and projects. And it can be monetized.

You are right. The opportunitites on Web3 platforms like Hive is so much and new users can decide which community or project to be part of. Gamers can dive into #Splinterlandd, #foodies can join #foodiesbeehive and #hivefood. They earn too.

We should also consider these factor's, if we don't have to keep people on web 3, then why do we come to X creating awareness to bring more people to web 3.

It's means people's opinions is vital to growing web 3 projects

the secret is not to force them. It is necessary to apply motivational strategies that allow you to remember the advantages and benefits of being on the web 3, something that allows you to attract others as well.

People in web3 have their reasons and will stay for those or new opportunities. I got into web3 through btc and got into hive to blog and earn. However, the gaming aspect is also keeping me in hiweb3 ve cos I've realized it's interesting

if other communities took up a conscious promotion like Leo community, web3 would go far by now and greater social media users would know about it

Efforts to educate and support existing Web3 participants benefit the ecosystem by enhancing their skills, fostering collaboration, and promoting sustainable growth, ultimately benefiting the entire community.

Edwin your voice is making me to fall asleep hahah breads dont want you to go again🤣

Bread is not listening. He is mesmerised 🫠🫠🫠

I was referred to Hive through web2, see why it's important to keep spreading the word on web2?

Many people are still oblivious to what web3 is and so they need to be a convincing reason to be on the web3.

hmmm... Nice i guess thats the importance, it acts as a medium of marketing web 3

That's what I'm saying. To make something known the best way is to take it to where the most people are, in this case the web2. Nothing better for marketing than something known and used in everyday life.

Active participation is another key factor in spreading web3. If I was not an active participant on Hive and didn't care about building the community and giving Hive the publicity it needs then I wouldn't have gotten users back.

I think people got attached with web3 by cryptocurrency like $BTC, $ETH. Very few people came here with other purposes. I myself was coming here through crypto trading and airdrop.

Onboarding people isn't just the main thing, but having them being active will go a very long way. It'll help, especially if the atmosphere they meet is loving, which Hive is with different communities.

Onboarding is the first part, then you have to retain them in the ecosystem and that requires empathy & a good user experience. Hive still has barriers to entry as account creation and its learning curve. It's good to discuss these things.

*That's right, retaining these users will go a long way as they'll be able to bring more people onboard too.

And truly, Hive still has those barriers, and being with the onboarders to assure them go a long way.

This is a different thing entirety, we look out for getting people on Web3.0 but we haven't talked about how active and genuinely engaging they could be. Realistically, this would depend on the users that are on boarded.

Yes, this also depends on the user, which is why we need to give it our best shot. We are not begging anyone to stay active. We let them see what being active brings.

Honestly, the testament from the people in web3, the greatness and the beauty of web 3 is more than enough to get the people from web2 to join the web 3, their web3 experience will retain them here, they need to witness it to believe it..

This is pretty interesting lol, see how the hosts and the co hosts are trying to keep EDWIN on voice lol, I love Edwin’s voice ❤️🔥

I agree with speaker, user's on web 3 are supposed to be kept and giving a good understanding of what the project that got them here is all about.

That's a great role to have! Guiding a friend on the Hive blockchain can be a rewarding experience, especially if you both explore its various features and potential for content creation and engagement.

When I got to Hive in 2022, I felt like I had missed a lot in the past few years. There are lots of people out there who need to know about Web 3. This is one of the reasons we all need to advertise Web 3 in Web 2.

I feel identified with your comment. When I got to Hive I said "Why didn't I get there sooner?" That's good fuel to be able to help others, and reduce this effect. That does come with a responsibility to set a good example and train them.

Ho yeah you got my point

Web3 is far too much dog eat dog. Chain eat Chain. So many fluffing maxis! We need all the chains, all the projects apart from scams and rug pulls.

Web 3 is truly survival of the fittest in some way but that exaexactly how our world is built, right?

Crypto airdrop would be the best thing to onboard more users in Web3. Even I had known about cryptocurrency on 2017 by a crypto airdrop and got attached with web3.

did you participate in your first crypto airdrop?

I participated on so many of them.

'emdid did you get any i mean

In my opinion, currently if you want good users, more than an Airdrop, it should be based on use cases that solve real world problems, Airdrops often only bring bad actors who are not interested in the project but the money.

You guys should tell them its there is threadcast here

One of the beauty of web 3 is having decentralized space, where users has a digital identity n say in development via their stake, support proposal and the likes, web 3 makes you have a sense of belonging and is why people should be here.

People definitely love games, competitions, challenges, when web3 is able to provide all of these, people would be willing to stay. Also encouraging them to share quality content and they are rewarded for it.

Being there to offer guidance to those you onboarded to Web3 is a really good idea. Just like every other areas of life, there is a limit to what you can do in your attempt to keep folks in Web3.

Anyone that sees the value will surely stay

BEing a content creator is a whole lot of effort actually, you get to build your audience, deliver good contents and be fluent ❤️

retention will happen organically when the structure is good and easy enough for everyone to use and this takes time because there is a generation today that has a lot of technological difficulties

1/2

and does not understand what is happening here and needs a huge effort to adapt. to maintain! When this effort decreases and the intellectual/technological barrier is lower, retention happens naturally

2/2

Just as we need people on the Web2 to talk Web3 to those are yet to know about it's existence, we need people on Web3 to keep it active and attract more Web2 to join in. We need people to keep the Web3 growing.

the space will mature in die time. It is not a process that can be rushed. I joined this space in 2018 and I have seen it grow overtime.

In fact , he has just summarised my understanding of web3. It's survival of the fittest. Anyone can participate but the serious ones can survive

  • a lot of people in web 2 oonly need someone to convince them onon the goodness of web 3 for them to join in. Marketing web 3 via web still remains important

Yes and we are the ones who must teach them these good things, and I say this from my own experience. Before Hive I spent all day on web2 platforms, I didn't know anything about web3, until I got to know Hive, now I hardly go in, only to X

Ahaha, Web3 is indeed the survival of the fittest thing, kloss making me to think deep, well done my man, do what you can but don’t force them to stay, their web 3 experience will either force them out or in but it is obviously in..

I strongly agree with him.

Tagging back in good to see the crew mobilize, rolling deep.

I am wowed by you each and every time Edwin, I got my eyes on you boss, love your voice big time and I am a big fan ❤️🌹🥹

Thank you! I'm hoping I said something relevant and coherent! :)

Oh my goodness, you actually did well with the discussion and I was more focused on what you had to say than the voice and I will give my hats to you for that, nice contribution Edwin, respect 🫡

It seems promising to see an evolution towards maturity in the market due to increased caution in project adoption. While there are ongoing concerns, the trend towards more mature practices is a positive step for stability and confidence

After the launch/failure of Stars Arena I don't know what to think. People seem to have no memory. If they actually knew how to identify the true value of things, they would be here at Hive, flooding all the spaces.

🤣🤣🤣 That's funny!

🔫😂
You're dealing with breads have you forgotten?

Exactly! While adoption is great but retention is very important, new users need to feel that they are needed on the blockchain, don’t just preach web3 to them and abandon themOnce they sign up. Be patient with them.

Someone finally said this...They will have to abandon the blockchain to go back to where they are familiar with. Keeping contact with them is important and asking them if they're confused about anything would give them chance to express.

Just like there are exercise, keep fit and gymn platforms in Web2, Web3 have them too. Take the @actifit, @fulldeportes communities where users carry out various exercise activities.

You're absolutely right. Unfortunately, scams are prevalent in both Web2 and Web3 environments. It's essential to be cautious and vigilant when engaging online, whether it's on traditional platforms or blockchain networks

Helping Web 2 users onboarded to Web 3 know the power attached to engagement will help build their visibility on Hive. With the invent of threads powered by inleo and knowing you can earn from that is very huge.

web3 like hive is made up of different community that users we choose the one's that suits them, this feature of web3 can also help retain people because they are allowed to create content based on what the love so much and have fun doing.

We also needs to know that onboarding people to web 3 is not enough. we must make sure they are also active by giving them attention, because most time everything looks so confusing if they dont get enough attentions. And they might quite.

We must create communities where we promote learning from the Web 3 ecosystem, since this world can be confusing for Web 2 users, and thus ensure the permanence of these users in Web 3.

You are so right, thanks for stopping by.

In that I agree with you, we have to follow up with the people who enter through us, and teach the rest, because at first it seems a bit complex this whole blockchain world. And we must also be responsible for passing on our knowledge.

Exactly 💯 you got my point. We must always be ready.

I am also amongst the people who believe that, web3 will not face a mainstream adoption anytime soon. There's still a lot pfof work to be done. If you're a web3 enthusiast this time, it's such a great opportunity

Security is not the biggest problem by far. because it is much safer than many other things that people on web2 put their money into. and being on web3 does not necessarily mean being a great investor

It is true that security is not a problem for users on Web 3, it is much safer here than on Web 2 and that is a great advantage in general. To be on web 3 it is not necessary to be a big investor.

Web 2 is another scam zone, have been scammed there lots of times, the ads isn't even reviewed before it is posted. Web3 especially hive is legit and its ready to boot any scammers out,

This is totally true, I have even received hundreds of private messages and invitations on web 2 that at first glance are scams. Of course I do not click on anything, they are bots to me.

Hmmm tricks of web 2 thats the worst part hard to find legit people there

The best way to avoid scams is to educate yourself, there is no other way, when you have the right information, you can easily spot a scam, part of growing adoption is recognizing that you need to learn, whatever the chain or layer.

-Well Breads has a point. How do you retain me when I’ve been rugged on my first investment in the space? Just like what happened with Luna, what if you introduced someone and on his first investment and he was rugged. How do you retain him?

"Staying vigilant and informed is crucial in today's digital world to protect yourself from scams. Always verify, double-check, and trust your instincts to keep your personal and financial information secure. Stay safe!"

Some users found so many complications about we3. They didn't used to with the private keys or passphrase. Again they felt insecurities with the generated keys/ password for their wallet. And being inactive day by day.

As for the scams, there's nothing that can stop them. It's either we accept some form of regulation or leave the scammers to continue their thing

Maybe at the level of protection system there is nothing to stop it on the web 2, but I think there is a culture of being able to identify when there is a scam in front of you, that's why information and community is important.

yes for sure. You've got it right, information is key. Keeping the community informed will go a long way to keep them

We will have to leave the scammers to continue and then we have to do enough to improve security. Accepting any form of regulation in my opinion just opens us to more of it in the future. The whole idea of web3 is decentralization isn't it?

Anything that is created can equally be broken. That is why I believe there should be a way of penalising the bad ones through some form of regulation at least. I don't mean full regulation but at least to some point

Yeah I get you and maybe that regulation will have to come from web3 itself. My concern is that, when we allow regulation from outside, it’ll become full soon.

Yes for sure. I believe utilizing smart contracts can achieve this

To understand the technical part about Web 3 you need to be ready to learn so it's not easy. We don't act like Amazon here if you want to understand. You need to be really part of the community.

That's right, that's what I say, to be able to handle web 3 in its maximum splendor, we must study and therefore educate all new users willing to try web 3, we must place education programs for the most used dapps in the beginning.

Onboarding new users into Web3 platforms is good but being able to retain them is way better so there's need for Web3 platforms to have a user friendly interface which will make it easier for them to navigate through.

There are loads of bad experience, scammers and hackers in all sectors and one just need to regulate that in order to Keep the real users save,I guess reducing the reputation of such people via DV is one way to create awareness like on hive

I don't agree with the part about regulation. web3 is all about freedom to do what you want when you want it so I guess more work needs to be done from us users who want to get involved. We should be careful and make eough research

I wish I can say that people should only get into projects that won't get rugpulled, but that's farfetched.

Shit happens and so many players both in web2 and Web3 are usually a click away from losing a huge chunk of their digital asset.

users staying on Web3 depends on Web3 and communities, is there a reason to stay? do they have a purpose on Web3? is it exciting and welcoming? is there a niche they fit in? retaining depend on showing them the potential and not just saying

that's right. One don't need the baby without a pant because they just want the product due to its importance without knowing the processor or company. They just want the end product.

one reason it's challenging to bring people to web3 is because some may have concerns and misconceptions, thinking it's a scam. Over here, lots of people have a perception that everything about crypto is a scam.

Definitely, holders or project builders too, should find a means at which their project will work without needed people loyalty.

i was supposed to be resting this time but still awake after about 14hours trip. But truly, I'm experiencing enjoying the discussions. The learning is massive

Im always of this opinion that, if a project comes with high utilities, pwo6 will run after it the more and not the project chasing people.

Take X an example today, X don't need to tell you what you will gain, you already know

Talking about scammers, the best way to stop them is for an individual to have a basic knowledge of cryptography. I have been scammed like three times on Web 2. I understood how everything works when I got to Hive.

As regards Web2 users constantly experiencing scams, I think users should as a matter of importance guard their accounts very well. Use strong passwords, avoid clicking on just any link and get 2FA verified.

  • Every communities have to think about that how do they get more people and how they engaged with the platform and be active there. I think if people understand the benefits of web3, they will be active here.

Beyond getting new users to join web3 platforms, retaining them is the more difficult and important thing. Thanks to what INLEO is doing with Hive Zealy campaign that is encouraging engaging and fostering retention.

Many people are just afraid of taking risk given the fact that asset of web 3 are on air n this made them fear for the safety of their assets, having people with a success story in their network is one way to convince them to come onboard.

That's the problem when people focus just on the tech side of things. We need to invest in the social part too. In the same sense, when people focus just on the web2 is because they are leaving behind the important aspect of the tech.

the adoption will be about as smooth as sandpaper

Yes, I think retention is also as important as adoption, we don't just introduce Web3 to people without being patient with them to understand the platform and how it works.

  • For web 3 to keep expanding, there's a need that we keep bringing more people from web 2.Building nice projects that will make them enjoy themselves while exploring web3 will definitely make them want to stay which is what web3 needs!

Making the transition imperceptible, with significant downloads and on-chain activity, seems effective. This discreet approach can be crucial for the widespread acceptance of web3 technologies.

Having people from Web2 use Web3 without realizing they are actually using it would mean the people in Web3 are making it much easier to use for them. We need people to use Web3 easily for others to join in.

Creating a strong security platform related to Web2 (the current web) can indeed be a crucial factor in encouraging more people to transition to Web3.

Scam is one problem facing web3 and the best way to avoid it is to be properly educated. When people are exposed to the right information they will be better of to recognize and stay guarded.

I do think we have so many reasons to retain people in the web 3 ecosystem because web 3 provides users the power over their data and digital identities. This is gradually shifting the mindsets from centralization to decentralization.

That's a fair point, Breads. When promoting what happens on Web3 to a normie, you may not need to tell them about the tech.

If you have a Web3 project wrapped around something that people can relate with IRL, you will get their attention

It is sad how many people get to join projects they barely understand how it works. Setting up strategic programs that helps users to stay engaged in the new platform they join is the real deal.

I'm going to be honest. I went into Hive (example) not knowing what it was and what impact it was going to have on my life, it could have been bad but this community project is set to prove otherwise. In Hive are the tools and motivation.

It's easier on Hive because learning is possible here through blogs. We get to appreciate better as we know better.

Hackers and scammers are one the biggest turn-off to both Web 2 and Web 3 users. But, the interesting part is as long as you are careful in Web 3 platform like Hive and do not click any link seen from people to claim what you don't own.

i thought I heard Dreemport, sorry .

I onboarded some of my friends in web3. But they weren't feeling comfortable about DeFi, Backup phrases or the recovery system of their wallet. So, they were being detached time to time.

Again, we need to simplify things so people of web2 not only understand and find attractive web3, but they can choose to stay, maybe use both, and then become an evangelist to attract more people.

Creating a better user experience is essential. People need to be able to use an interface easily without having difficulties. One example I know of for now is the inleo platform where they are making the interface easier to interact with.

There has to be more usecases for tokens for people to really want to get them or use them. That reminds me of what our devs are doing with making HBD available for point-of-sale transactions in places like coffee shop.

"Gaming has the potential to be an enticing gateway to Web3, offering immersive experiences and real ownership of in-game assets. It's a fun and engaging way to introduce people to the exciting possibilities of the decentralized web."

Yeah gaming has the power to bring more users to web3 that you can ever imagine as we have so many gamers. Most of them are even fanatics. The web3 games will sure drag them in before they know it.

you are on point man. Ride on.

  • I can't hear anything anymore... looks like I am alone on this error cos chats are still flowing inin here

you are alone ooooo sorry 😂

Refresh your page.

Hpow many peole joining web3 are actually aware of the security and ownership of their accounts? Most are used to the web2 way of login passwords, but that ain't secured. Hashed passwords should be understood.

I can't hear anything again. It says to play recording.

many has been scammed in web2 but web3 is different, although scam can happen anyway but web3 is more secured and creating more wallet guard feature in web3 can help keep people in web3 because they know their wallet is effectively secured

Yea people get scammed in different platforms and web 3 isn't an exception, it's just that web 3 is much safer and has a kind of security measures that make your asses much safer.

one reason of challenge of on-boarding more people to web3 is it's relatively new and other misconceptions like loosing their keys, security or others think that it's a ponzi. Many just think that it's a scam.

This really makes sense. Everyone here uses credit cards, but few really know how transaction mechanisms work. It shows that the key to success is ease of use. No one wants to deal with the technical stuff, haha

A lot of people have mistaken web 3 for Ponzi scheme and this isn't really a good way forward in my opinion, one of the impact of having people in web 3 is to educate people, create awareness and clear their doubt.

Hahaha you hit the nail on the head, just a lot of people think this. When really web 3 is not just any trading service like forex or other similar (I think that's what it's called I don't remember) but it's not ponzi.

Wow! 350 threads done by us.

Phew! I am back.

Another awesome feature that would ensure seamless retention on web3 platforms is an interactive UI. Modelling after web2 platforms on this can be very crucial. Make it interacting and relatable, then they'll stay.

There is nothing like total sweet ride when it comes to the chain, bad experience are bound to occur but amidst the bad experience comes great testimonies from long and exiting users of web3, creating a better wallet experience is the key

I think i know the rocket league game .. I have a couple of friends who have been on the game play and it's really fun.
Gaming companies are definitely going to reach those stages, it's just a matter of time and effort as well.

Sometimes web3 talk more about earning than the engagement. The new users join and their expectations are dashed. it is important to reduce the promises of money and allow new users "enjoy the platform.

Yea I do agree with you on limiting the promising so people won't come and feel disappointed when they can't get what they're promise to get. Raising much hope isn't a way to get a long term users

Lots of prople in web 2 see web 3 as Ponzi schemes. To address this, we should focus on educating people about the underlying technology and the potential benefits it brings. it's gonna be hard, but we have to spread the word!

Blockchain gaming is one of an important aspect to be utilized to onboard new users on web 3.0 as they have similar features like web 3.0 even though they does not have any Aspects of cryptographic function. Gamers can feel at home on web 3

Bringing in new users is not the only key factor, but let's be frank the participants bringing the new users into web3 also have to keep guiding and not just let the new user figure it out alone. This is an important aspect.

That's why I argue that bringing people in carries a responsibility, to teach them, not to leave them on their own. That implies having time and patience for them. I know this from my own experience. It is a challenge.

looks like am gonna dive deep into gaming, its one other scheme thats really beneficial to those who are game freaks, some people even earn a living with just games, and sometimes i wonder how they just do it

Everyone needs to be heard. People's decisions should be valued on web3. They need to be rewarded of their efforts. Web3 is all about importance and they will be willing to stay where their value is recognised.

  • People don't always need to know that the system is blockchain-based to use it. As a matter of fact, people do get scared at the sound of "blockchain" or "crypto," because they sometimes just think it is another ponzi scam.

Also, when we are onboarding people on web 3, we tell them the value of security and the usefulness of their keys, This is because most people are used to web 2 logins, where they can easily forget their password and create another account

we absolutely need to keep people here. this is a weird take.

Really, putting the word "web3" to people throws them off balance to understand it to begin with. i think it just sounds like another thing to understand to join such communities, when, in reality, it's simply "true ownership."

Aah, that's true. I also think not many people go into NFTs to keep them. They do it to flip them and make money.

we have to create an experience that makes people want to stay here.

You're absolutely right. While attracting people to Web3 is essential, keeping them engaged and satisfied with valuable, user-friendly, and secure experiences is even more critical. Building and maintaining an ecosystem for value

  • creating experience here is important in as much as wewe want to retain people

I DO think we need to keep them here. Why? Because the old saying "build it and they come" is false in this age. There are others offering payments, royalties, prestige... You need to build something worth staying, but also retain users.

I like this, we want to create experience that will make people choose to be here.. Lovely point Gary

Hackers can be a major deterrent for both Web 2 and Web 3. I lost interest in Web 2 when my account got hacked. In Web 3, caution is key – avoid clicking unfamiliar links.

People have the notion that Web3 is a ponzi scheme, people scamming and all.. there's literary scam everywhere you just got to be alert and careful. scam in Web2 is way more common

That's right.

Usually, people are more scared about what they do not understand. Understanding web3 is usually where the problem lies, simply because there's low effort towards it.

Yeah. When people get an experience that whets their appetite and aligns with their passion, they will be the ones raising the flag of a project.

You don't have to convince anyone to stay. They will stay and they will attract more folks.

I think that gaming will be one of the largest communities in the digital world for a long time, especially now that we have the play2earn features becoming more and more out there. People just get to do what they love, and that's something

Sure! We first need to create experiences that they need here in web3. Once we've create such experience it will be easy to draw them to web3 and also retain them.

Hmmm, nice one from V3CTOR and Gary, I am kinda getting what they are trying to say about not having to keep the people in web3 but instead create the experience that will want to keep them here for them, welldone Gary and v3ctor, hatsoff

The purpose why people come to web 3 differs and we should be skeptical in analysing why we want to adopt people to web 3, because having someone who's only hear for the reward will only farm and leaving, we need who'll become community.

I completely agree with you. Focusing on strategies that enhance user retention is often the wisest approach, rather than trying to compel users. When force is used, it tends to make the experience less engaging.

obviously true, people come to web 3 not to keep themselves on it but with a mindset of making a hell of a money at the end of the day.
They just want to get the assets and sell em off immediately bitter truth.

it's true that we have the best revenue models as other companies like Apple do with their products and that keep their marketing and their users bases. So if we Onboarding more users on Web3, let it be easier way and right motives

Haha it's really weird, I remember a time someone tried convincing me to a Web3 project emphasizing so much on the profits I'll make when, they need people to trust the process and hold for the long term. We shouldn't focus on that aspect.

  • when people have a nice experience here, there wouldn't be a need to convince tthem to stay because they will experience varieties of things to keep them and even preach web 3 to others

I understand Gary's point on creating experience.

For me, it's utility over price. Any web3 project I want to join should clearly spell out what value they're offering. Generally, people would get attracted to where there is value. Money can come behind the use case.

scammers and hackers are everywhere and I strongly agree with Santa on the reason why a lot of people are scared of coming onboard, scammers are everywhere but I believe this is where wallet and key enlightenment comes in..

Good night to you too, stay safe.

The experiences, the good experiences are the ones that will keep the community interested in staying active in web 3.

For you to have people Web3, you need to create projects, experiences that will make them yearn to stay all the time. No user will want to stay back if they bought a shitty NFTs the first time

You're absolutely right! Engaging projects and experiences are the key to retaining Web3 users. First impressions matter, and a positive experience, including quality NFTs, can keep users coming back for more.

Thanks love 😍

question

what is book mark😏?
Where do I find it?

Bookmark in on X space and the image below shows how to go about it.

The mark on a book. Come over here, let me show you how the mark is 😂

Engagement when enhanced makes web3 retention meaningful and possible. For instance, I was never an INLEO person until the microblogging feature was possible that makes engagement easy, plus I can talk about just anything.

It's 2:10 am here in Nigeria and I think it's about time to hit the sack, I had a splendid time on the space but I gotta go to work by 6, so it's a goodbye from me.

Gary is right, we need to create experiences that people will see and love to join and remain in web3, creating marvelous experience can really do a great job for us because we don't need to keep convincing them rather they them will join

Project Blank was the best project by InLeo

Web3 needs to offer solutions to user's problems

I have so much fun engaging leo threads recently through the Zealy campaign that I even forget that I am also earning. Learning for me is crucial and as my knowledge about this platform broadens, I get more interested in the assets.

People buy into stuff when they are just getting into the Web3 hype. You'd be surprised to know that some project parading around as Web3 are not really Web3

When you know more, it will be easier to go for utility over some overhyped shill

Just telling people on the monetary aspect of Web 3 is one of the ways to keep them off if they don't get the reward straightway. Let them understand what the project will bring in the long run; Experience.

A house is called a home because of the people in it. So I felt the same thing about this web3 adoption stuff. We really need people onboarding from web2 and get to see what the web3 is all about. Some need total guide and explanation.

Exactly! Just like a house becomes a home through the people in it, the essence of Web3 lies in its vibrant community. Onboarding from Web2 is essential, and providing guidance and explanations for newcomers is the key to help them here.

I agree with you 💯. I can say most if not everyone of us on the web3 today must have experienced what it take to migrate from web2 to 3. It just seem a little easier for us than others. And I believe that if we can do it then others can.

Exactly, people are leaving web 3 because they didnt get it as easy as they thought they would.Don't falsify just to get them into the space. When you tell them about someone's success story tell them how long it took for them to get there

The best web3 space to enter and automatically make money is Hive.

Change my mind.

Exactly! It's not just 'Hey, come to web3 because it's revolutionary.' People are drawn to the good experiences a place can provide and also the utility that exists.

I must say, Breads has a pretty interesting and charming personality. He is witty too. I think that type of character is good for keeping ones audience and getting more connected to other speakers.

What do we do with partnerships and institutional onboarding to web3? This has always been my worry. Where it is difficult to have instructions and corporate organizations inboard web3 platforms, retention cam be low.

Hey let her talk more.

Whose daughter is it in the background? 🙂

The use cases in web 3 that help in the real world, is what in my opinion will definitvamnete grow adoption in web 3, it's simple, if you can solve any problem in web 3, they will come and stay.

I.will always stand to my ideology, if a project offers a very good utility, people will come after the project and not the project looking for who to make use of them.

i feel like this topic is taking bus back to the previous show we had some time a go, what is the work of a holder?
People come into web 3 to drain money and move on with their lives without hodling sh!t

Cool voice there Whiters.

Breads come on man let the lady talk 👀

you are a collector. and you just collect my heart. Awesome voice whitter.

Whitters' voice sounds sonorous and cool 😎
Keep talking, lady 😍😆

my love leave my babe's voice alone 😂😂😂

I have to confess that I still don't understand the point of NFTs as collectibles. I buy one of those and then what? I need someone to explain it to me.

The most valuable (and unique) NFT I have is my Hive account.

Really great topics didn't know about the bookmarks though learnt something new. well in summary web 3 aint for everyone, i think gold isn't meant for everyone to see on the mile, thats the reason why some people aint rich

Love your voice Whiters 🥰

what is all this 😂😂😂

I caught you 😂

  • people that come to web 3 with only moneytary mindset gets dissapointed and leave if they don't get that instantly. Let them know what web 3 project is all about upon Onboarding a new user,!

Yeah that is correct, once such users come in with such mindset they leave way before they can even explore web3 which is so sad. Just imagine if they had stuck around for a while to discover web3 for themselves.

Exactly my point
Get them in here with the right mindsets 👌

Is the voice for me?

for the long sustainable of the web 3.0 and retaining of the users on the ecosystem, tell them that we are all here for financial breakthrough, not just for when the price increase.

The level of fraudulent act that occurs.too at times makes it hard for people to.at times check some projects out, people don't want to take chances with anything.

NFTs for me had remained a mirage until I started having them on Hive. This is because I own my Hive account and I decide what to do with the NFTs owned and minted on there. Where security is not assured, NFTs is a scam.

This is what I perceived too until I have them on my Hive account and my hopes for Nfts went up a bit. Security is really important when it comes to Nfts.

You're right. If you don't own your account, you have nothing.

WHITTERS🥹❤️🌹

Honestly there are a lot of scammers and hackers everywhere. Santa is really making point on why many are scared of coming onboard in web3. This is why wallet and key enlightenment are very important.

Money mongers too makes it hard for people to see the potential a project possess, I think it's use always be, it's usefulness.over prize (monetary value)

Onboarding people is not the only thing rather show them attention and make them see the benefits of web3 and helping them see the values web3 is offering can help retain people, because they know that web3 is serious business.

Right, that's why this promotional work of InLeo is so great, because besides offering publicity it is also educational and a good way to learn about web3. It's important that people understand.

SO it has come to my notice that people aren't paying attention anymore but they are busy admiring whitters voice instead 😏

Lol just dey play, tell me you're not one of them 😂

what have happened to the voice from spaces. I can't hear anything anymore. Time to refresh it might be internet speed and signal

But, we're already doing full time web3 on Hive. This is because Hive provides for multi web3 use cases- SocialFi, DeFi, NFTs, Play2earn, Vlogging, microblogging, storage, crypto wallet, and more. It's not a boring walk around a spot.

Exactly, I strongly believe that it is the use cases that make people want to stay in Web 3, and that are also useful and supportive in the real world, Hive is proof of that, it has it all, we have a very complete ecosystem here.

That makes a lot of sense sir, why spend so much time on Web3 like in Web2. Web3 make things much easier for us, having fun while we grow our wealth and doing it for the long term with the benefits that comes with getting involved in Web3.

Web 3 don't just need people to check out what's happening here along, but will need people that will believe and key into the long term goals of a project, people.who are ready to add value to the project.

People need to show up and partake in their roles. This is one way to keep them tied to something on web3 and they will enjoy the experience.

We need long term users, not those joining to farm the system and pack of thereafter.
Community is the driving force if web 3 and it should be priotised, making sure to onboard people with like mind.

Hahaha that's funny!

Yeah, many comes to web3 for different reasons. Some come because of the money why others comes because of the better user experience. But in any way it is best we first make web3 entertaining because it will help retain users.

I think web3 does not have to be boring. Hive is not. We spice it up here on Hive. I am making a living with my post earnings. I trade tokens and play games too. Some days, you don't just have enough time to do everything.

Hive is the perfect example of what web3 is like and how it places high value on participants.

what will do to my NFTs on binance? I'm a collectors there. For marketing, it's hard because it's only for their platform which have fewer users than other NFTs marketplace like opensea

While monetary gain is important, it shouldn't be the sole reason for being in Web 3. To retain users, we need to emphasize the value of being part of a vibrant community, the opportunity to learn and grow. We need people driven by passion

WOoaa the story about the garbage man who made a million dollars out of selling trash... dang! really got to me. What do we call that? Smart work, grace, luck or what?

😂😂😂😂

hahaha 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

This guy is good!

😂😂😂😂😩😩😂😂😂

In the voice of Gandoff, I'm your father and you cannot pass. 😂😂😂

wow. This is the sweet voice competition between Edwin and whitter. Let see who will win?

Guess they love Edwin's voice. They can't get enough of him, lol!

pant wet is for ladies. I can't get wet for Edwin's voice but whittes

what's this 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

wHat is what? Better drop your thumbs up..😂😩

😂😂😂

"Pictures that we pretend to be Art"

Phygital is brutal with that remark 😂😂

People are drawn to Web3 for decentralization, ownership, trustless systems, blockchain innovation, NFTs, DeFi, data privacy, and the promise of reshaping industries through distributed networks.

Web3 often requires a learning curve. Effective education and onboarding processes can help users understand the technology and its benefits, making them more likely to stay.

Sleep ohhhh is it not 1 hour yet, my b3 is flat

I think people who do not come to stay on Web3 probably came with notions and expectations that were not met, others too have little or no understanding with no will to learn. If you actually want learn and benefit you will stay.

Am I the only one that doesn't hear anything any longer?

I can hear them

To me I felt there should be a hook and a bait to catch a fish. Without them catching the fish would be a little hard to come by. Monetization is one clear difference between web3 and web2 and I can say it’s a good bait to draw attention

I am starting to act like a zombie🥹🥹, heavy eyes

lolzz🤣🤣 i swear

Effective web 3 key security is crucial to thwart scammers, safeguard digital assets, and protect user trust, as the decentralized nature of web 3 demands heightened vigilance against fraudulent activities.

Strong communities and network effects can encourage users to remain in a platform. Interactions, collaborations, and relationships within Web3 communities can be a powerful draw.

About whether or not we should keep people in web 3, I think that is something that only a web 3 user can decide for themselves. All we can do as a community is give them reasons to stay and hope the stay.

well said 💯 a reason and a hole will go a long way. We can force them. Just the way we weren’t forced too.

Exactly! We can only do persuade but we can't actually make the decision for them to either stay or leave. In some cases, even with the money available, they still won't stay because they might be going through a lot.

Those entering web3 solely for financial gain often undermine its potential, neglecting its broader impact and community values, leading to an unfair and exploitative attitude within the ecosystem.

These spaces are really enriching, web 3 is also fun, it is free, we can joke and learn at the same time, who does not want to be in web 3.

"Steal people's dogs and sell that back to them." Haha.

Dubzy is giving folks some business ideas 😂😂

Haha, I think this is just a scenario he was giving or will I say an Idiom lol, I guess he is trying to mean to steal the idea of others and put it into real to the extent of selling their own ideas back to them to earn profits.

What did this guy just say? Sell people's dogs back to them? Dubzy wants to dognap 😹

How can it be possible to steal someone's dog and sell it back to them. Is it the pictures being tokenized? Or what?

We honestly need to only bring people who want to be on web3, cajoling or persuading them might lead to getting the wrong people onboard and when it happens like this they end up leaving without trying to stick around.

Keep going, guys. We are almost at 500 comments on this threadcast. Keep casting those threads!!! 🎉👇🏽

The Web3 ecosystem is most powerful when participants engage with a holistic perspective, embracing not only the potential for financial gain but also the broader principles of decentralization, community, and positive societal impact.

Guys,

Sleep is damn real😭😭😭😭😭😭

That lady's voice is cute and low Human! Hahaha

whitters' voice

ONe thing i enjoy about space shows is that we only talk about the main topic of the show in the first 50 minutes to an hour and after that we change the whole discussion entirely, yeah how am I hearing dogs now from web 3😂😩😂😂

Whitters has a very sweet way of selling her insane ideas 😂😂. People will be lining up to get scammed if the person making the call is whitters. Haha

😂😂😂😂😂😂

I don't know, when I see the sentiment that eager for the price, I'm afraid that people is in crypto for the wrong reasons. Once it comes a bear market, they will fly away again. I don't know if that's healthy for web3

I must say this space shows are so educating and I like that we get to learn while having fun thanks to how comfortable everyone is talking about crypto, Web3 and the people we need in it to work. Thanks Breads, for organizing these shows.

Is this a goodbye 👋? .

Anyways it’s been an amazing time spent learning and having fun at the same time. Breads himself is a funny soul. And he makes the show so lively and lovely. Making the environment so friendly to stay and learn.

Haha yeah, it was
The time zone is a challenging one but I'm glad I stayed this long enough.

How he makes the show fun is what I love most.

b3 dead enjoy the rest of the show lions sse ya'll in the morning

I think my time is coming. I followed as long as I could here. Thank you everyone for the space and the exchanges

I really wish everyone knew well about Web 3 and its benefits. Well, as individuals too, let's start telling our neighbors. Someone might really need our help, which we might not know about.

still only those that got interested in it will stay. If I should say those I told about hive onboarded hive then I must have done great. But most of them just listen and turn their backs.

hi @breads I think we should leave this show for whitters, let her continue from where you guys stopped.. I'm like something.

In discussions like this, it's understandable that once in a while we deviate from the actual topic of discussion but then there has to be someone to keep us back in track @breads

Ensuring the privacy and security of users' data and assets is essential for retaining trust and encouraging them to stay. Give them value for their time on Web3.0.

Web3 offers more than monetary gains. It's a realm of learning, enjoyment, and earnings, where community, creativity, and innovation thrive, enriching the digital world beyond finance.

wen KW 🗝️❤️=

One of the reason I love coming to space is that its always full of educative talk and so on and the intresting part is that its always fun too. Honestly I will never want to miss #BREADS show.

I actually don't believe in this trial by fire concept in crypto or web 3.If you're serious about investing in a project you should be ready to make your research.Don't just jump into anything at all without knowing what you are doing.

It was fun learning with you guys so far in this show. Been up for alost two hours. I've got to sleep as dawn is just 4 hours away.

Goodness Me. Pachnoc is taking his sweet time to dig into this talking point. haha. The man is like someone in a world of his own. Everything is paused while he shares his thoughts.

That's an amazing take, man.

That's right, we do need to keep people around as long as possible because that's what makes up the community after all.

Yes we do need to keep people in web3. We need people to know that web3 is all pros. Why waste all day on tiktok when wecan use web3, have a real community of like minded people and actually earn. Diversify your earnings with web3.

Yeah, onboarding active and vibrant users to the blockchain should be the main priority of everyone, we need to let them understand the fact that it is not just about the monetary aspect, but also about building a vibrant community...

Creating new friends, sharing your content in web2 platforms, onboarding active users and influencers from web2 platforms too, these are some of the great opportunities there for us on web3 platforms.

Yes, I think this is a very important point, the rewards distinguish web 3 in many ways, but to make community and vibrate, is very important, we need to have fun and learn as a community.

Yeah for sure,

Web 3 gaming goes along way i have so many people that all they do is to play game and since it is play to earn, not everyone can write 500 words some prefer playing games to blogging.

Did I just hear Bitcoin to a trillion dollars?? 😳😳😳

Haha, I think even Breads didn't believe it so he laughed.

By remaining in Web3, we can be part of a community that values open-source collaboration and the democratization of information and assets.

we need to be part of a community of active users. Then when we bring people to join us, they have to appreciate that we have a viable product that rivals web2.

Whitters is such a bully 😂😂😂. Her sarcasm is so raw and she says these weird things with such an innocent voice 😂.

Dayyymmmm.

lol. I can’t laugh. You are just like younger version of her too.

Haha... Her sarcasm is pushed to an entirely new height. And her delivery of these lines is superb. Haha

We need active liquidity and this would be provided by users. So when there are active users that are also investing in web3, it makes the space vibrant and valuable.

officially signing off now, thanks @breads and have a great night

Educating users, fostering communities, and ensuring privacy and security are essential aspects of this process. Ultimately, retaining people in Web3 should be a result of the technology's merits rather than coercion.

We also need to have a robust gaming community. People love playing games and they enjoy it.. So when we have real and cool games here, we could attract a huge community of game lovers.

Quite late to the show, hope I didn't miss a lot

The show usually lasts up to 3 hours so you still can listen to more, lol!

Thank you so much for this 🙏

I would have been surprised if I didn't hear anything about web3 gaming, to me I think it is one of the best concept so far as web3 blockchain is concerned. There are a lot of game lovers everywhere we found ourselves and so creating ...

such an opportunity is really a great way of marketing such a platform, I am one of them and I love playing video games, when I discovered blockchain games, I was stuck here all day exploring much about the platform. So far I play...

I play #splinterlands, #serfdom & sorcery, and #terracore, and I am still willing to hang on to some good ones whenever I discover that.

Breads is 28 y/o
I heard him talk about it one time.

So the basic idea of making people stay in web3 requires that we bring something they love to do in web3. Gaming is a very great example of something that attracts a large crowd of passionate users. They love it, they will stay.

wtf😂😂 y'all grown ass adults

i have learned a lot from today's show and am still learning

In the grand scheme of things, we need people in the community of web3, but it is very important that they know why they are there, what the web3 community stands for, that web3 is fundamentally truly owning one's account.

with all we learned we can truly Keep people in web3

Gaming coujd also be a good hook and bait to make people stay here on web3. I think there are some on chain games existing already. But the question is are people ready to go for it instead of the usual ones. Let’s be hopeful for growth

If I am to share my opinion about needing to keep more people on platform, the platform get more interesting when they is traffic and keeping the users is perfect

I really think that gaming is a huge area to explore in web3 because it has a lot of potential to keep people in web3. It is something they enjoy and they would stay in web3 if what they love is here.

Having to be here and getting this idea about about the New NFT is worth it. Happy to be here.

DGA- Digital gaming assets is an interesting approach. This gives it a different look then. Turning on the GPU sharing an all that.

Users joining web3 need to have a proper knowledge of the product they are using. It has to be easy to use and learn. When they understand how stuffs work and they see that it is easy, they want to stay. We have to make it less technical.

People need to stay in web3 because they love doing so. We are not supposed to force them to stay or force web3 tech down their throat. Instead if we create something they love to use, they will be happy to stay on their own.

Being here the last few minutes of the show due to the schedule being midnight quite affected my participation but I am happy I joined because I am going to check GMRX which is an NFT that will stand out

People will stay in web3 because they love doing so. Instead if we create something they love to use, they will be happy to stay on their own.

People are already use to a particular way of doing things and if there is anything that can change how they do things it must be something different from what they have been doing for years.

web3 just has its uniqueness that web2, we need people to be here on web3 so as to build audience.

Group of evangelist, much people on web3 will help to create awareness in web3.

So many people waste a lot of time and data on web2 social media platforms but am sure they will spend more if they get to know about Web3, but someone needs to let them know about it.

Well as long as they are on Blockchain it's fine, modern yes we do but unless there's Web 4

NBA is BACK 🏀

BUCKs All the way!!

Giannis & Lillard now together as teammates :)

#knicks suck.

They do lol

Only Randle & Brunson I like in their team.

Barrett has some potential but he isnt a superstar. Might not even make star level.

Yes, got to up his game if he wants that All Star level.

he was the overall third best of their team last Szn, hopefully he gets a better campaign this year but #knick still suck lol.

Hoping to see Spur’s Victor Wembanyama (No.1 pick) thrive though. Massive height , with massive talent.

There's always the Nets...

Current Knicks head coach looks like the best coach since Jeff Van Gundy. Playoffs or not, this season the Knicks should win 45 games at least.

Go Jazz!

Got no Chance haha

Well they are probably not gonna win the whole thing but will surely advance to finals... 🙄😅

Increased my stake of $LEO by another 800+ tokens!

Bullish on #inleo and I'm putting my money where my mouth is!

I have a feeling that will pay off for you.

Great step to securing some wealth in the LeoVerse. Every $LEO staked matters.

Could be a smart move! Time will tell!

Keep a secret bank account in your name with escape money and some cash someplace secret. Hope you never have to use it, but it's insurance against bad situations. (Esp. women, but men with concerns too). #fintips

I do this. I have my passport and important docs along a bag of money that I can just grab on my way out to never come back hehe, you never know when the next attack (of any type) might come

Yes. We're advised to keep Civil Defense bags in my country, too - but due to earthquakes, volcanic eruptions etc.

But I keep it there in case of government or revolutions, not because of my wife xD

or just put all your crypto on a ledger and shove it up your ass, right @neopch? lol

Your partner might still find it. Depends on the nature of your relationship.

valid point. Maybe it's for pleasure lol

That's where the wristwatch goes! It's the esophagus where you put the Ledger.

wrist watch sounds uncomfortable up there

That was a scene I saw in some movie or TV show a long time ago. I forget where it's from, but dude mentioned that location.

the ole prison wallet 🤣

Lol!

i will never forget this conversation. the origin of shitcoins.

I could think of more comfortable places to keep it...

Today was stress free for me but I kinda feel sleepy so good night friends!
Wake up strong and excited! #mydiary

Good night to you my friend and do well to have a nice rest. Tomorrow is just another day on the surface. And I pray it be a blessed one for us all. Sleep tight and sweet dreams 😴

Right back at you!
I hope your sleeping soundly now.
It's a new day already

Have a good night of rest! We all need it lately. I hope to be able to sleep more than 4 hours today.

you can!
Close your eyes and hope to feel sleepy.
That works for me I guess

So sorry dear, have a good night rest and I hope everything went well as you planned i hope the stress will be gone In the morning when you wake up

Thanks
I'm up and grateful

Good night! It's always amazing opportunity to have a great day full of activities because many are looking for such. Remember before you sleep

I wished I could say the same about my day; my day was hectic coupled with feel of disappointment. Good night Marvellous , wish you a wonderful wednesday ahead.

Awwwwwww! That's sad.
I wish I could help ease your pain but I'd say this,"every disappointment is a blessing"
Don't feel discouraged.
I hope you get a good rest and please stay hopeful.

The loss I had while transferring the little Hive I accumulated over the last few months makes me sad as I remembered it just now.

aww, so sorry about that. It's always very painful to lose funds. With time you'll earn it back and even more. Then it'll be nothing but a funny story.

It was just a costly mistake, but it has taught me a lesson

Here's some !PIZZA to make you feel better

what happened?

I missed 1 figure on the Probit address mistakenly, its just painful

How much hive was it? 😔

#splinterlands Modern format has more SPS rewards than Wild format, when I compared Broze II vs Silver II I see some battle in Modern are paying 2 to 3x more SPS than Wild.

Give it a try.

#liotes #games

This is correct, the exit of the BOTS from this format was good for the whole community, therefore the SPS Pool destined for this format is much more profitable than in wild, you earn double and triple.

This is the real rewards for a real player, when there are bots they suck all the honey themselves and leave droplets for rest of the community.

Dogs are getting so big I gotta start walking them one at a time nowadays. Gotta teach them to stop pulling on the leash and it’s easier for them to learn in a solo environment

#pets #dogs

Training my dog was a great source of satisfaction for me.

They really are man's best friend.

Pets can be challenging and also rewarding. :)

agreed!

gives you more healthy air outside. You will enjoy it.

I'm still accumulating $LEO, $LOLZ , $BBH ,$BEE and $ALIVE
and selling other token for more $HIVE (like $WEED , $SBT and other)

What is your favorite L2 token on $HIVE ?

$LEO.

Not sure it is wise to try to accumulate so many. I think 3 or 4 is the ideal number to focus upon with one being $HIVE.

I didn't specify, but there's an order of priority.

First $LEO then $LOLZ and $BBH, the rest is just for fun.

My fave is $PEPE, okay little bias there.. $LEO, and $LOL.

I also have a $PEPE in stakig but to be honest I don't know the project very well!

In terms of the second layer, I believe that BRO, LEO, POB, SPT and PIMP are great options

Apart from $SPT, I know very little about these projects. As far as $SPT is concerned, I have the impression that the price is falling endlessly and that there is no burn mechanism to regulate it, the token is too inflationary!

It really has its problems, I believe it would be great to have a more concrete use of it, but it is still one of the most linked to the Splinterlands community, which is huge. One idea might be to use it to put in pools too

Good morning from the coast of El Salvador

Gorgeous shot. A great day to greet the day.

this is a beautiful landscaping shot. I love the sunset actually makes the whole picture look awesome.
Great shot.

@aljif7, @yintercept, and @tandara, just curious about what happened to the $HIVE you sent to leodex. Did they show up already in your leodex wallet?

🧵1/ A woman reflecting on her childhood, where she was born into privilege but lost touch with it as she grew up. She recalls stories of her early life, including her birth in an expensive hospital and attending a top-notch primary school.

🧵2/ Her first glimpse of wealth as an adult was when her brother-in-law took her to Port Harcourt City to assist with catering for a housewarming party. The grandeur and sophistication of the event left her in awe.

🧵3/ The description of the house and its opulence, from a well-kitted security guard to the beautifully landscaped garden, left a profound impression on her.

🧵4/ When she learned that the house wasn't rented but built by the host, her amazement was audible. She couldn't believe the extent of the wealth on display.

🧵5/ The story shifts to their work in the kitchen, preparing small chops for the event. It was a moment of contrast as she saw modern appliances and air conditioning in a Nigerian kitchen.

🧵6/ After some work, they took a break for breakfast and later continued with the preparations, arranging the packaged chops on trays.

🧵7/ The grandeur of the garden, with its pebble-stone ground, stone seats, and a central water fountain, left her feeling like she had experienced a slice of heaven.

🧵8/ The narrative returns to her thoughts and dreams. She yearns to experience this wealth firsthand, not just in her imagination.

🧵9/ The post transitions into a motivational message. It emphasizes that dreams should be backed by action, encouraging readers to learn about money, take calculated risks, and change their mindset about wealth.

🧵 10/ The message underscores the importance of taking tangible steps towards achieving financial goals, rather than merely daydreaming.

Good morning Lions.

It's Wednesday and halfway down the week, hope you're achieving the goals you set for yourself.

What will you be doing today?

#gmfrens

Good one, the week is gradually moving to an end again, I can boldly say, I'm smelling the weekend already.

The weekend is coming 😁😁😁😁

Yes and that's a very good smell💯💯💯💯

  • Good morning Amie. This week, I haven't been following my goals and I feel bad about it. However, I am trying my best to see that I meet up with my weekly goals as earlier drafted. Today is d didicated to online activities only.

I hope you were able to reach your set goals for today? Hugs and ❤️.

Wow, how the week has flown by; we blink, and it's already Wednesday! Well, it's been a busy week, and my goal is just to stay alive until the weekend comes, haha

Yeah🤗🤗🤔

Good morning friends, it’s safe to say that attending spaces on X courtesy of the Zealy campaign has been really enlightening. I love how this campaign is keeping us on our toes.

#gmfrens

Keeping us on our toes, certainly right. Before the campaign, I had no idea about these weekly spaces but here I am, joining spaces and getting educated. The zealy campaign sure has a lot to offer.

  • oh my dear Ibbtammy, we have same mindset here. The impact from X spaces has been amazing. It's been from one knowledge to another and I am grateful for all the enlightenment so far. Let's keep enjoying what we have got!

Definitely, I agree with you, their is definitely lot to learn from all those space event

I can't afford to miss any, cause it all comes with a Knowledge to gain always.

Really, it's been a great way to absorb knowledge. I have a bit of difficulty understanding English, but it's still been great.

  • forgot this one: also fixed the issue where refreshing the page resets the chosen Theme

The keyboard warriors are killing it today.

a crazy number of updates are rolling out this week, we just need to keep testing, rolling

hmmm, that still seems to be an issue. every refresh resets the theme! #justSaying #feedback

and ForYou, latest, trending and following are just a big shrug. however you chose these, it's really a big "nothingForMeBurger"

Heyy everyone! How's the day been?
Well recently,I made an introduction post about myself.
You should check it out and see how creative I was with my words.Thank you! #threadstorm #threadcast #mydiary

okay would like to see the intro post

Thank you❤️

The best night's rest is the one free of a snoring partner, sleep tight, good night.

LOL sounds like a personal issue there.

Quite personal

HBD is a decentralized stablecoin powered by #hive blockchain. It is backed by HIVE and currently provides one of the highest i interest rates in the crypto space.💰
The interest rate is variable and is voted by the witnesses.

#hbd #web3

That is true. And another use case was added today by Leo using it for the premium payments.

Adding to the utility of #hbd.

Good luck to those still interested in #glg & #gls. I lost interest many months ago.

In fact, I've traded my last few unstaked bags of $GLX for $LEO so I can further support my passion for the short-form content available on this platform.

That happens frequently. Without consistent communication and advancement, people lose interest.

They communicated plenty, but I didn't like what I was hearing.

The truth is that yes, that project made many mistakes and I am not interested either, I am only focused on Hive, inleo and of course "Splinterlands", besides any other project where we can benefit many others. Good idea to support Inleo.

Ok. I want to use my phone more for threads but I've got some weird problem while I am typing. It is doing double/triple words. Anyone else got same issues?

I do have the same problem, it messes up with what I'm writing, it's crazy, sometimes I have to copy and past what I write, because threads won't let me write anything. Now I know is not just me experiencing this.

Yeah. I've got Samsung and Android. It is soooo annoying. Works a bit better through Brave Browser on my phone than Keychain but problem still exist. #feedback and above.

I also use brave and it has its moments, we can write fine for a couple of minutes and then it messes up everything. Do you also have to wait for it to kinda process everything you write before posting or is gonna be incomplete?

I am on desktop and having had anything like that.

Yep, on desktop it works well for me too.

The #crypto world is abuzz with excitement following the pump in BTC price. Does this mean that we are in a bull market already? :)

In business we/people don't care if you're a Christian, Muslim, or a traditionalist. We don't. We just want a human who's capable of performing. But we care if we know.

You are right. Religious beliefs is not a barrier when it comes to business. I have a mentor that said. Business progress only when friends and families pays for their services. Business should be business and not otherwise.

I am really glad that you agree with me. Many people don't know this and I hope they know soon. Thanks Alot sir!

God didn't give us religion but he gave us the gift of men. but man in search for God, brought about religion which separate man from the gift God gave him

I like the way you explained this very briefly yet understanding. It is crazy how we ended up this way but We will be fine I hope! Thanks Alot for this!

That's how it should be, cultural, religious beliefs should not be the basic requirements for any business, this is what people need to understand, because in some parts of our society the themselves are involved in this kind of issue
s.

I'm so glad you agree with me. I hope many people understand's this. Thanks Alot!

True. Money or wealth don't consider race, age or religious affinity.

Exactly my point dear! I just hope that many people will understand this as well. Thanks Alot!

Good morning, good to be here again, I'm pretty sure it promise.tonb3 a very good day for me.

Leave is over and I will be resuming back at work, I hope it doesn't get stressful at all

#gmfrens

Good morning friends, I hope your yesterday went well, mine didn't because we've been experiencing blackout that made us have no access to water, fortunately they restore power for a few minutes and that made me pump water, now I'm excited.

Oh, this great news. It's usually so frustrating when there's no power supply to take care of the important things that one needs to do.

Too bad about the light. We have power outages here from time to time. It's annoying because then I have no internet. I'm glad you were able to get water.

Eyaaah! I know the troubles of not having water around, it sucks.

You guys didn't use Generator? It seems that state sees NEPA very well for you guys to hope on them.

Goodmorning boss

Awesome, good to see that you have make use of the electricity on time

Power is vital and it's essential to our day to day need, that's why that sector needs more attention always.

Hey guys, do you know about the tree called Gmelina Arborea and when was the last time you saw it.?

Well I saw one recently and published a post talking about it and it's uses. You need to go check it out.

And BTW, a little upvote will be be cool. Thanks

#gmfrens it another day which means there is still a possibility to achieve your goal. I am currently on bread space this morning and we are on the subject of web2 and web3 don't miss out on the Space.

Good morning to you. Breads spaces are usually educative and lively. I like how they discuss important matters but the atmosphere there isn't an extremely serious one. Enjoy getting web3 and web2 education

Definitely, a new day offers a blank cheque for a fresh start. We don't let yesterday's failure hinder undertaking today's opportunities.

Do your pets also get like this when they go to eat? Mine became an expert manipulator. Good morning to you.

Good morning creatures. I hope you slept well. Here, cough didn't allow me to have my blissful sleep. If you love this baby girl, 'say sorry to her'. Runny nose, headache, fever, cold. #mydiary #inleo

Wow, that's really uncomfortable! I hope you get better soon; the flu is quite annoying! Ah, drink plenty of water and consume vitamin C!

Very uncomfortable. I'm scare of drinking plenty water, if it will trigger the cough. I have not taken enough water today. Thank you very much.

Not that I love you 😂😂😂, but it's vital to show some care, I will suggest you take medication to reduce the cough.

Don't forget to always look after yourself always.

Yeah, have taken medication i'm getting now, though slightest cough and sneezing. Thank you, i will take care of myself.

A running nose is one terrible thing to have, especially on cold nights. You nose gets blocked and you become very uncomfortable. I'm so sorry about your nose, get well soon.

Thank you. I am getting better now.

Thank you, I'm getting better now.

Have a good show :)

Edit: Ah I fucked the times. Game doesn't start for a few hours yet hahaha fml

He's getting ready for the latest chapter in the Battle for Alberta: Edmonton Oilers versus Calgary Flames.

They've gotta worry about getting through the Wild and Rangers first!

The @town-hall project is about infrastructure, education, and communication.

We seek to help step into those areas and advance things when we can.

Excellent, I really like community projects, and more if I can help by contributing even a grain of sand, especially in the area of education on these issues that is my forte.

We are going to have a town hall spaces on Nov 1. Be sure to join us.

Guys! Word on the street has it that this Bull run will be the last one.

After the entry of Retail and Institutions, what next?

Let’s talk about this in my latest post.

#threadstorm #outreach

I admire your creativity with your thumbnail!

Do you think that would be the last one because I don't think so. Well, I do not know everything about bitcoin but I know about the bull run. Regardless of that, I'm anticipating the post!

thank you. Here’s the link
https://inleo.io/@mistakili/echoes-of-the-final-bull-run-

I’m sure you will enjoy the read

While that might hold a bit of water, I'd like to steer the boat in a different direction. Yes, Retail and Institutions have had their play, but Nation states are yet to hit the stage.

Dive into my latest post below for full discussion on this matter.

That is lije saying stock markets will stop hhaving Bulls and bears.

you’ve got a point

Hello fellow orange

@mistakili! Your Content Is Awesome so I just sent 1 $BBH (Bitcoin Backed Hive) to your account on behalf of @bradleyarrow. (7/50)

I have a feeling this will be the last of the mega bull runs we see. Wont be the last but in terms of 3x bitcoin price this is the last one.

the next bull run after this one will blow this one out of the water

I mean we haven't even started this one yet lol

Word on the street eh

the recent uptrend in the market brings about mixed feelings for everybody because most people don't know whether it is a bull run or a bull trap.

Hehe yeah. I myself am just observing and watching. No one wants to get trapped, but then no one wants miss out too much 😂. Classic crypto market

My good morning today is for this beautiful feature that I just unlocked for subscribing to INLEO Premium.

#gmfrens

Wow, congratulations. It looks really attractive and I hope I join the league very soon.

Oh you are amongst the fastest subscribers of the Leo premium, this is indeed great and from the look of things friend, it seems you are having a blast right, well done 👍, we will join you soon and good morning also…

Wow congratulations on your subscription and getting access to this cool features, the Inleo premium is super cool and promises to grant uses mind-blowing experience. Good morning and have a wonderful day.

Wow now I'm feeling even more excited about the premium seeing a few of you who have gotten it, this is looking good 😍 I got to join in this fun hehe.

This is awesome, premium seems to be having a lot of interesting features.

I just have to be part of this development,I'm getting my premium badge too soon.

I think just by threading and participating in threadcast, I will pay for premium a couple times over

Really??

How do you intend to make that happen cause I am so wanting to hear how you want to do that? Is there any other secret in threading that I do not know about?

Always join in threadcasts if you do Cesca, I never do lol as well there are too many we have to listen to for the zealy and well too many Americans accents for me lol

Lol, joining threadscast is good as there are so many new things to learn.

About the American accent, you aren't the only one that so have difficulty understanding it but we gat to manage due to zealy.

Yea Zealy makes us, oh well I want to run a Spaces for November and will have some different accents!

Threading is good but getting upvotes for your threads is the secret. Each upvote on your threads, you earn in HBD and Leo too.
Not only that, the page view is also income on oya own. More clicks on your thread, more revenue generated.

Thanks for the breakdown darling!

I appreciate how you took your time to explain this extensively.

It is very possible especially if your threads attracts high upvotes, within some days you can earn up to that.

Participating in thread and threadcast is one way to earn, though on a gradual process I'my opinion, but it's one can earn upto the amount meant for the premium subscription fee if they key Doing the right thing.
