1/ Just like I thought, the future of VSC is not disappointing. We saw the presentation at Hivefest covering what the system is going to bring to Hive. It starts with wrapped BTC.
2/ This will eventually include any coin that is out there. By settling on Hive, these can be moved without the high fees and with greater speed. We also are going to see NFT minting.
3/ This will enable developers to mint NFTs and users to also move them seamlessly and without great cost. The drawback to the EVMs is often the fees associated with these processes.
5/ This is paired with HBD being required as collateral for the nodes to process transactions. This eliminates the need to trust the node operators since the system has the transactions collateralized.

I work events for 20+ years now, have travelled the world managing live events & convention booths. I could take off and do a tour for a year for Hive yet not without pay (they don't pay the Hive Marketing team enough to eat) #weowethem
Yeah. Not sure what they do there. We do tend to waste a huge amount of money so allocation of resources is not our strongpoint.
I hear you, yet the Hive volunteers get $30 HBD a day to eat which doesn't cover federal requirements if we want to be compliant with laws. Spend more where it counts as marketing is not a wasteful resource nor is fairly paying them!

The idea of empowering layer 2 in order to grow layer 1 is correct in my opinion. That is, L1 is there to provide stability and infrastructure but L2 brings more innovation and possibilities.

VSC Is Going To Change Hive Completely

3/ This will enable developers to mint NFTs and users to also move them seamlessly and without great cost. The drawback to the EVMs is often the fees associated with these processes.
5/ This is paired with HBD being required as collateral for the nodes to process transactions. This eliminates the need to trust the node operators since the system has the transactions collateralized.
