It makes sense. If you feel the need to drink so much water you should also see a doctor about it, there may be an underlying condition you need to have sorted out

it is called "water intoxication", but the real issue is the loss of electrolytes. The proper way is that you must have an eloctolyte solution and not just water. Also, the intake should be in small doses, throughout the day
