my grandfather’s house is at Garden Avenue. I’m currently based in the North

Niger and bad road. We pray for a better tomorrow

All you need to practice is get two sticks and cook noodles. It may takes months but it sure would make you feel like a Japanese when you master it

it's difficult at first but with practice one can be perfect, I also love the act of using chopsticks too

So many different noodles here. Soba & Udon are a bit healthier, Ramen is delicious but uses much saltier and greasy broth. Tsukemen is dipping noodles and yakisoba is deep fried noodles usually eaten at festivals or bars #crossculture
