The best solution is for LeoFinance to focus on onboarding from outside of Hive.
People need to think 'the social platform I use is Threads'.
Hive and its multitude of front-ends shouldn't even enter their mind.
It just so happens to have a Hive account in the background that can plug into other sites.
But that is completely irrelevant to the new user.
Leaderboard should not be involved in some reward(s) but must be shown continuously as in Ecency leaderboard updates. I think it is an interesting feature. I wish to see the maximum user on leofinance.io

Like you said, the culture on Hive is super toxic.
Nobody cares where the money comes from or that no front-ends make money.
They especially don't care the blockchain's governance token has value purely based on decentralisation.
So the main selling point of hive is being rewarded for using it, but I make 1 comment offhand and it's an example of toxic culture on Hive? 😆 Funny how much can be read into something I just haphazardly posted #internetisseriousbusiness

I would just rather the focus be shifted to a more sustainable model.

Binance seems to have massive problems. I myself can't get verified anymore after the last time they wanted additional verification papers, even though, I provided everything. I'm stuck in limbo for half a year by now.
