I'm glad my troubles serve as a warning to others. In my case, I'm not even upgrading to the latest version of the OS; I'm upgrading to the minimum version required by certain web sites my mother uses. The version itself is @ 10 years old.
Not even the replacement printer and its drivers will work without the iMac running El Capitan. The OS "upgrade" (like my own recent "upgrade" from Excel 2003 to Excel 2007) needs to be done sooner or later.
Indeed, although now I don't feel bad about the time spent. Maybe I can avoid taking the iMac to a tech if I do a couple of things first. If not, I'm taking it to a local tech and not the Apple Store; the iMac is past its warranty, anyway.
Until the iMac gets the macOS done, I set her up with a Windows 10 laptop I used to use for work a few years ago. At least with this I can be of more help to her.

$LEO is starting to gather some excitement. It is still less than 60 days since the new UI went into beta. We have a lot of updates taking place and some bugs are being worked out.
What is going to make $LEO valuable? We can now start to answer that. There are a number of ways that this is going to unfold and we will see value driven to the token.
3/ We are going to see LEO as an access token which is going to be required to get certain features on the platform. This is one thing that will drive demand.
Yeah. I have a feeling in the next couple months, things will be implemented on that end. A lot of ideas I heard being tossed around. Not sure which are serious. I guess we will see.
5/ Then there is the revenue which will provide direct buy demand. As revenue increases, we should see this also reflected in the value of $LEO. Again we will see if the market agrees.
4/ We then have the capture of the value for this ecosystem. We will see the increase in value reflected in the price of the token as the market adjusts over time.
I think the @leofinance next big step should be to release a #movilapp. It will facilitate the #thread creative process and increase the #hive traffic on #leothreads. Let me know what you think about this thought.
