I get major headaches when I try that. I have to go down slowly. I usually manage to reduce it to one cup/day or even quit for a few weeks and than I bounce right back :/

Yeah, fuck any drug withdrawal/detox. I did, however, cut back on my caffeine yesterday, and slept much better than I have in awhile.
I'm only normally at 2 cups per day and man... the headache at the end of day 2 without any!
