I would rather opt for a translate thread button. In this case we can have multiple languages interacting...
let us choose what to see as is and what to autotranslate! Seems like a lot of work for the team, but they can do it eventually

We are going to see an explosion in things at some point. I am looking for 5,000 MAU by mid year.
If done right, 5K MAU is achievable as you said multiple times. Let's aim for 10K MAUs by end of year. We are in February.
