We had to add specific handling for safe wallet addresses

This is similar to what we had to code for @simplegame with the Coinbase smart contract wallet

We’re required to add specific handling for each wallet like this where a smart contract is used

We may need to set a rule where smart contract wallets are disallowed or must be manually reported (or else we could have a lot of nuanced issues)

For now, we’ve added this special handling and your wallet is fixed. On the next distro, you’ll get the past ~3 weeks & current cycle (all missed + current)
