It depends on how you see it. Get a loan in crypto or use crypto as a security? I think it can be a good leverage to double on tokens if done wisely.

They are an excellent idea and really practical.
For example, lets say you are getting a $2,500 bonus at the end of the year. Yet you are going on vacation and want the money now. Presently, going to a bank is a nightmare even if you have a lot of assets. Then there is credit cards which charge you 18% interest.
With a crypto loan, you can put up your tokens, get the loan, and pay it back when you get your bonus. You can do that without crazy fees or hassles.
Plus it is a boom for speculators.

I have heard about some crypto platforms that offers crypto loans to users who are interested,well I find the idea to be a good one,at least those that genuinely need the loan for some certain projects can be able to obtain the loan and use it for the project and be able to also return back the debt
..though the interest rate should be sensible and be affordable for the person that needs the loan...
I think that would make an excellent post subject for us to discuss and I even wrote it down for me in the future hahaha ...
I find it very interesting and important for anyone who wants to take out a loan.
Today what we see in reality are the banks always bringing difficulties for even in some cases that they do not even need, there is a lot of bureaucracy, paperwork to sign and in the cryptoverse sometimes just a few clicks and leave your tokens as collateral. There, you get a loan.

I think the biggest problem is that we need a good stable coin if we want to do crypto loans. Normal cryptos are far too unstable. Get a +/- 30% swing and it can be heaven or hell to pay off that loan.

I am sure none of us would like to see our crypto get stolen and that is why investing on a good crypto wallet is also necessary to ensure that our cryptos are safe and prevented from been stolen by hackers or other criminals....

ADA which is the native token of the Cardano blockchain is now the third largest crypto in the world based on it's market capitalization..do you think investing on it is a good decision ??
If Bitcoin keeps rising then the cardano will also keep rising too and if Bitcoin falls then the cardano will fall too....well investing on it is not a bad idea because as an investor your aim is to make profit with your investment whether the particular crypto follows whatever another crypto is doing or not...
@pelemi If I have cash with me,I will definitely invest on it because I can see a future growth for the crypto....whether the price value of the Cardano increased because of the hype or not,but it is worth the hype though because the price is doing well
Cardano is an interesting project and I believe it can do some terrific things.
However, it still has some challenges and there is nothing on the chain as of now. That is why it is a buyer beware.
Of course, that is much of crypto....a lot of stuff with high market cap but really little happening other than hype.
At least with Hive we have things to show.

That was the ICO craze of a few years ago.
A lot of hype for the decentralized ____________ (fill in any Silicon Valley start up like Uber, Airbnb, etc...) only to fade away.
That is why Hive is so strong; it is still here churning out blocks with actual information in them.

I think there will be a kind of retracement first which will make the price hit $40k then after the retracement the bullish trend will now continue and that will send the bitcoin price to reach up to 60000$ before mid next month....

I dont know. Dont look. I run it down twice a day. Try to keep it between 90%-95% throughout the day and then push it into the high 80s overnight so it doesnt hit 100% when I am not on.

That would be my suggestion. Get the core in place and that is the holdings in LEO and the curation.

It certainly does help when someone, especially if there is a large following, publicly proclaims support for Hive.
However, in the end, I still believe the mooning comes when Hive gets on the radar with some of its DApps. There is no reason to promote Hive, just get 25K or 50K on projectblank and we will see a radically different outlook on Hive.

@taskmaster4450le that means there is alot of engagements now going on in the platform and honestly that will really help the platform alot...those users should keep it up,they are all doing well...
1,200 comments per day is a lot of comments on Leofinance, considering that is more than a quarter of all comments on Hive.
Just wait until Projectblank comes out.

That was really a decent outing last week. We could have more than that especially as I plan to send in at least 2k comments into the Hive blockchain this month. Not only via Leofinance.
